The store manager named Margaret was very rude to me when at the time to pay an article there was not atm system and started to yell at me what was the price of the article what I did not know because I have other articles, I told to scan the article instead she grave it and throw it away very rudely and I walked out without the article

Shelves seems to be a little empty, but there's a lot of merchandise in boxes needing to put on shelves, so I'll check back in a day or so !!! I would also like to add that the manager is an amazing leader and she had someone in every area putting out all the merchandise!!

Probably the worst dollar general!
Customer service lacking.Would rather be talking outside and gossiping.
They also need to put a sign up if they are not putting money on cards or selling gift cards. You wait in line to just to be told they can’t do it. Maybe they need new management and new employees and new training.

The employees got in trouble for scamming customers on gift cards. Now the customer has to pay. They can't do any gift cards of any kind because of their employees. Why do we have to have to get denied because of what they did?

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I've never experienced such unprofessional customer service anywhere. I knownits dollar general but that doesnt mean the bar is all the way in hell... Older homely female manager sweeping outside saw us driving in behind a semi truck we presumed was parked and started yelling at us while we were in the car trying to park. I see her throwing her hands around acting crazy the entire time. I walk in and ask what's the problem and she says "DIDNT YOU SEE THE BIG OL TRUCK OUTSIDE?" okay? But to me he seemed parked.... no reverse lights or anything.... "YEAH WELL YOU JUST DROVE IN BEHIND HIM, YOU DIDNT HEAR HIM HONK THE HORN?" No we obviously didnt... but like where do you get all this attitude from like... if you're having a bad day or hate your job don't take it out on potential customers....

The employees in this store are nasty. Customer service skills are strongly lacking. I was refused a sale because the item was being discontinued but policy states if it's on the floor sell it to customer. Well they didn't want to so they told me to leave they didn't care about the policy. Threatened to trespass me and another customer behind me told us both not to come back to that store because she didn't do her job. Meanwhile the cashier dude is yelling oh my God your giving me a damn headache. I am absolutely appalled and if I could give neg 5 stars I would. Called corporate made complaint we will see if the district manager calls me back

Never been anywhere in my life with not only staff but management being so incredibly disrespectful. As a store manager with 10+ years of retail experience, I’d expect the general manager to intervene when her employees are being disrespectful to staff. Then as I attempt to complain to the manager, she threatens to call the Sheriffs office because she didn’t want to deal with a complaint? Outstanding job, DG.

Been there twice in the last week. Over the span of several days they have still not had their systems fixed. They had self checkout open for cards only so several people left without their items. I was fortunate to have my card with me but then I went back to return an item and they couldn't. I will drive 10 minutes out of my way to visit another store from now on. Dollar General stores have gotten so much worse with self check out. Either the system doesn't work or self check out fails, not good Dollar General

Not sure who runs this store but it's one of the worst I have seen. On top of that they do not accept cash only card! No everyone wants to use their card, I like to use cash and they do have a cash register and an employee doing nothing but watching people at their self check out. It's ridiculous! I'm not going back!

Since they added the self checkout you can only use a card at self checkout. Cash only at the other register. Had to wait in line 30 minutes.

Not my usual store and couldn't get sale price after downloading app and no manager there to assist and associates have no knowledge of online app. My 1st time trying to get purchases through App.

No cash.. they only accept card period not temporarily this is permanent apparently and I do not support card only systems personally. Might I add that they have a cash register AND an employee behind the counter just sitting there making sure that the self checkout doesn’t mess up.. it’s a sick joke straight out of a sifi movie
