Love love love Dollar Tree. They have such a wide range of quality products at fabulous prices. This time of year is when they sell all their Garden products. I also get my craft supplies, storage solutions, office supplies & holiday items at Dollar Tree.

I recently visited the store and had a very frustrating experience. The store itself was untidy, and the cashier was extremely slow and appeared unfamiliar with the point-of-sale system.
When I attempted to pay, the transaction repeatedly failed. The cashier incorrectly blamed my card, but I successfully used it both before and after visiting this particular location.
The manager was unhelpful and ultimately shut down the register, stating she didn't know how to resolve the issue. This left me waiting while she assisted another customer.
I ultimately left without making my purchase and visited another location without any problems.
This experience highlights a serious lack of training and poor customer service at this specific store. The store's appearance is also consistently subpar, with empty shelves and a general lack of organization.
I will be avoiding this location in the future.

Is this place going out of business or their AI restocking program took a dump.
The majority of shelves are empty.
The employees appear as though they sleep in the nearby woods.
DOLLAR TREE overall is a pretty good business but this particular one must be run by B.I.A. as an example of what's to come.
No; I don't have photos. My words should paint the picture for most to see.

This particular dollar tree does not sport a tidy demeanor, while the staff is friendly, most the shelves were empty when I last visited and the floors were not clear or clean.

Pretty bad experience today.
The ceiling tiles are finally fixed at least.
JP the STORE manager basically chewed me out as if I were a small child. All over some boxes I attempted to use for Christmas packaging. NEVER in the 25 years I've been shopping at this local DT has ANYONE made a to do over taking boxes.
It doesn't help the employees ignored my request for his name and the store location number. I took the high road and let it go.
The fact I was treated poorly and the employees shrugged off my experience is nothing less than gross insubordination of company policy and lack of human decency.
They should all be fired. If it were my company and my store, they would be. You don't want to do your job and be kind? Then you don't need a job working with the public.
