We purchased from Dr. Snooze due to the quality of the product and price but most importantly Keith, who is professional, patient honest and an amazing asset to the company we purchased high-end split King as well as Two extra long twin beds, we had some issues with a mattress Keith Handled the issues, resolved them to our satisfaction and his professionalism again was impressive. I hope he is appreciated because Dr. snooze is the name but employees like Keith give it the quality and care for your customers Thank you

Keith was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we visited the store and answered all our questions about choice and value for money. We were with him for almost one hour and then decided we would accept his recommendation and not bother going elsewhere. I did however do a price check on a few other retailers in the area and his price for our choice of bed was really competitive.
