I was late for my appointment, since I am new to Fostering and still trying to find a rhythm to get the kids out the door faster. Either way they still assisted me provided me a list of what I needed to get childcare and VPK and worked with me to complete everything when I returned the next day with the daycare I chose. The girls started daycare today. Thank you so much for all the assistance you provided. God bless you ?!

I have had nothing but excellent service from Marion County ELC. I have worked directly with Michalea, and every question I had was answered and they worked quickly to help me out. I cannot say enough good words about them!

Why is it impossible to get ahold of someone?! I've been trying to get my daughter into VPK all summer, school starts next week and I'm being told there's not many slots open and I need to hurry and get her one but no one answers the phone or calls back!!!

Oh they sent me info gave me info not. My son's daycare funding is canceled and they've never sent me emails except for cancellation I have all the paperwork as far as everything they gave me no mention of appointment including my index card with notes and I have to refile for new daycare in a four month waiting period. We looked at their computer it had a date no time but I received nothing. I showed them my paperwork and no appoitment date time etc. These people are a joke because the everytime they point fingers in the other direction like the other lady that handled the case 9 months ago. Magically not even 9 months and my annual review and his daycare terminated.

I have been calling in every two months now speaking to the nice and professional Receptionist about the waiting list and funding for child care assistance that my daughter has been on the waiting list for a year now I have also made sure to review and update the online portal with any new changes that I might have. For me to wait so long to try and receive some assistance for childcare I think it is ridiculous to take my child off of the waiting list because of an technicality issue that occurred with your portal when uploading my paycheck stubs,which on my end showed they had been uploaded. For me to have to justify that with a counselor is another slap in the face if there was some type of issue I should have at least received a phone call. You can clearly see I sent over all documentation that was needed. There needs to be better communication within your company when dealing with parents and the way you try to reach them rather it’s by phone or email. Either your system or your procedures is absurd at this point because anything that has ever been asked of me I have provided!!
