Fine work, with attention to value and care, courtesy, and promptness. You will have to ignore the dilapidated waiting room, replete with 1960s-era chairs that look like they were featured in the movie Animal House. Fortunately, there is a little outdoor bench.

They’re okay. Fair pricing. The neighborhood seems to love and trust them. I went to them a few times for a sound my car was making. they could not figure out the issue and kept charging me for stuff. Another mechanic said not to do anything else because I’m just going to waste my money but I didn’t listen. I wish Eastside would have been more honest and said they weren’t sure what the problem was like the other mechanic did.

My truck broke down right next to Eastside, and they were able to get it running and to their shop within 5 minutes. The customer service was excellent, and they quickly deduced and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. Eastside also helped me get rid of a vehicle that was taking up space, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, the service and the work they do are top-notch, and I will definitely go to Eastside for as long as I live in Ocala.
