“We called ahead and he told us he had the parts to fix a galaxy s10. We got there and Eddie fixed the phone within 30 min. The total price for a new screen, battery and back was $322. Was pricy but phone looks great”

“I've been with Metro for over 10 years now and I thoroughly enjoy them however some of the employees at some of their locations are not so open-minded and very friendly I think that it says a lot about their establishment so maybe they should think about that when they're hiring people overall the people that are on the phone that you have to deal with are very kind and try to help you with your problems as best as they can and the prices are unbeatable”

I Had a situation in which one of my emails got stuck on a broken phone that partially worked and had to do a complicated ordeal to get it back and working on my new phone. Thankfully, I did get my email back and updated with the help of the MetroPCS employee. I never got his name but he's a big guy and was cooperative with helping me resolve email issues. Thank you very much sir and sorry for this delay. Keep up the good work!”
“So I've never done the rent to own thing as I've heard horror stories. At 40 I said, eh, the prices are reasonable and I understand what I'm agreeing to, let's try it. They made it super simple and arrived when they said it would. The couch, new. The TV, new. The PlayStation, new. The prices, not bad. Customer service, has been stellar. If you DONT go in blind and understand that no, it's not gonna be the same price as best buy long term but you get it AND a warranty... Not bad guys... Not bad at all... Made my Friday awesome!”

I was only on the phone waiting for less than 30 seconds which is impressive considering how busy these locations get. Great customer service!”
“I went to this cricket wireless in Jacksonville do the fact my phone that I had was already messing up so I had to get a better phone which was the Motorola g stylus 25 model works very well The person I dealt with was very friendly very nice very easy to deal with and easy transaction it wasn't busy I would definitely go to this place again to buy a phone at least I got the phone I want because sometimes Walmart and other stores do not care the phones that you can only get from cricket wireless”
