They were all polite and helping. They did an excellent job, overall great customer service. They also had a driver pick me up from home I really appreciated that, they put me in a great rental that I loved so much. They were always there when I called and asked a question so they were very nice and always having a smile on their faces.

This location is AMAZING. All the staff is super friendly. Picking up and dropping off is super quick. They always make sure you are comfortable with the vehicle you are picking up. Even when having to call for help or question they answer the phone and take care of everything quickly.

I was put on DNR List after a Made up price .. I paid It , went reserved a vehicle and watched every customer get a vihicle but me till closing .. Ricardo expressed that he’s waiting for more vehicles all the way up till 6 then he explaines two weeks prior someone emailed him personally saying don’t rent a car to me … After I paid off the list .. then I Physically started recorded on my Phone the Terrible experience I received At This Enterprise Location FOR MY SAFETY .. this Offeded the employee Ricardo which led to him Going back to his computer to say I Threatend Him and now I’m back on the list .. MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE IS RECORED AND POSTED ACROSS ALL SOCIAL MEDIA WITH NOT ONE THREAT but instead him hesitating with words, switching sentences and Completely lying About being Threatened.. I get the absolute best treatment at other locations but this one is nearest to home making it hard to have other options .. I spoke with another area manager of leesburg fl . Where I was told this it was indeed wrong for my weekly rate to be took from me just for switching vehicles. It is Enterprise Standard rule in regulation that A driver has Up to 3 Free switches and that’s with what ever branch around the world… I asked for a specific car with they did not want to give me .. with no issue I left to another branch and successfully switched vehicles. As long as it’s returned to the same enterprise I’m able to receive my full deposit.. I was yelled at told I was wrong and the money I’ve paid for a weeks worth will not be accounted for on my trip so I no longer had a weekly rate with 2 free days . I continued to pay for another week when I was contacted saying they Made a mistake and undercharged me .. then my daily payment spiked up 8 dollars leaving me to pay $113/day .. I begged to be reevaluated had no luck .. I returned vehicle after paying upwards of $1500 for the course of time having it … when came time to rent agin is my previous recent issue with Enterprise. I never want to go back there agin but I RECORDED FOR MY OWN SAFETY AND PROOF NOT ONE THREAT OR EVEN A BAD WORD CAME FROM ME .. recorded all the way up to walking home from enterprise.. next morning I tried to rent eles where and was told I treated a employee and can not rent … I’ve paid so much money have no transportation and Work Like A Dog .. I had no problem ever going back there but that doesn’t mean to tarnish my name with enterprise and my Platinum Membership proving that I infact use enterprise rentals often to make ends meet .. he used his work privilege against me for his own malicious intent .. I’ve made complaints , I’ve spoke with corporate but after he put that in the computer They All Speak To Me As if I’m some Bad Guy .. I hate that I was put through this and It’s The Easiest thing To Say I’m Wrong But What Is There Too Do when I’m Correct and This Is really Happening.. no one believes me and unfortunately what Ever Happens To me . My life Don’t Matter .. So YES I RECORDED EVERYTHING . And 3 days Ago I had an Attorney Appointed to This Case with Enterprise.

Rented a car from here. Later that evening to my horror I discovered it was infested with roaches. They were all over the seats and coming out of the vents. I could not return it because they were now closed and I had a very early flight at Tampa airport to catch. Had to drive it to Walmart and get bug bombs. This was the most horrifying experience of my life having no choice but to drive it to the airport. I reached out to Enterprise seven times. Kept being told a general manager will contact me. Never heard from anyone. Each time I was told the same thing. Last response I got from them was I probably haven't heard from them because they must have determined my issue does not warrant a response. Meanwhile they have a poster at this location that reads "We want you to be completely satisfied and that starts with a clean and sanitized vehicle so you feel confident. Every rental. Every time" I am most disappointed they didn't feel this horrendous experience didn't warrant a call back.

Watch what time you rent a vehicle from here. If the 24 hour time is past their hours you get charged another day. Regardless of having cameras and a key drop box that verifies what time you drop off. Then if the next day they are not open you get charged for that day too, like money grows on trees.
