To be forthcoming, Im not one to ever write a review with a poor or good experience, but for the sake of saving someone some heartache, I'll post the review. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION OR COMPANY. I want to make this very clear to anyone doing their research. This is the most unprofessional, unorganized, sham of a business we have ever worked with. To note, the car we requested we did not receive. My wife picked the rental car up after dropping our car off in a shop for repairs. My wife called me 3/4 of the way home and stated the car is making a knocking noise. She called the same location to explain exactly what was going on, when the representative, who was completely unprofessional, stated "It is what it is" we have no more cars available. There was then another call into the same location. My wife was driving shortly after with our infant child in the car to pick our other child up from school when the knocking became so bad she had to pull over to the side of the road. She then called to let them know she couldn't drive the car anymore. They sent a tow truck to pick the car up essentially leaving her stranded. When the tow truck driver arrived, he said the tire had ONE LUGNUT on the wheel. Another location apologized up and down and said they would escalate to management, take care of any fees, and provide a new rental car. Here's where it gets really good. Fast forward a few weeks we receive an aggressive letter in the mail that we owe for damages. HOW! Enterprise rented a damaged car that put my families life at risk. Now I am getting a phone call from MY INSURANCE company for a claim Enterprise submitted. I requested recorded phone calls, emails, inspection reports, and documented photos from before we rented the car. They refused to provide any of it. After further research online this is a common practice. The scam goes as follows:
Here is the vehicle, return vehicle, leave and believe everything is fine. Miraculous damages appear. They threaten you with letters then submit a claim to your insurance.

All of these sources confirm the same bias in what enterprise is doing. Ive spent countless hours researching the same issue and was puzzled to find so many people sharing stories so similar to ours. This must be a CASH COW for this business. This is not about money what so ever, its to save your heartache and peace of mind. Even if they provide better pricing you will pay for it in the long run. Good businesses put their clients first and try to provide excellent customer service. This location failed from the very first phone call to the very end with little to no effort to put their customer first. My assumption from reading about this location is they have an aging neglected fleet of cars, Poorly trained staff, and Clients are given the run around. It was not always this way. When you fail to evolve and adapt you fail as a business. This business is an absolute disgrace and should be ashamed of the practices performed here.

Never been to a place so unprofessional. First off you really need to have someone either answer your phones or fix the phone line because it's a bit ridiculous that you can't get in contact with absolutely no one at this location. I'm being charged for a vehicle I've already returned but yet how do I fix the issue if no one answers the phone this is the worse customer service I have ever dealt with 0 stars is what this place deserves

I really wish I could put no stars I rented a car from them for a business trip to Miami and the cart broke they put a claim against my insurance saying I put diesel in the car and hit the car. I never had the chance to put fuel in the car before it broke down also they said I put damages in the car when the manager knows they were there before I got it whatever you do do not rent from them!!!
