I've bought hair here once, and it was some of the best hair I've had. Over a year later, it's still bangin even after bleaching & coloring twice. Only reason for 3 stars is because I've attempted to buy hair for 3 months and they're either always out of stock, or closed during their listed business hours.

I've ordered hair from here several times but this time I was robbed! My hair didn't come when it was suppose to come and it's super thin. Definitely not what I ordered!!! No one answers your calls/text/emails if you can't go to their store don't order AT ALL!!!!

Love, love, love these guys! Moved from England to Florida and had a hard time finding quality hair until I stopped by the Ocala location. Service is quick, and the staff is knowledgeable. One of my favorite shopping experiences.
