I was extremely disappointed with the level of service at this location. Several soda fountain options were out of order, which was frustrating, but the bigger issue was the complete lack of attentiveness from the staff. There were three employees on the floor—two setting up a display and the third engaged in casual conversation with them, causing them all to stop working entirely.
Meanwhile, I stood at the register, clearly waiting to be helped, yet none of them acknowledged me. After waiting several minutes without so much as eye contact, I gave up on purchasing cigarettes and gas and instead used the self-checkout for my drinks. Only then did an employee finally acknowledge my presence—not to assist me, but to question whether the machine could properly ring up my fountain drinks in a carrier (it did). Even at that moment, there was no greeting, no offer of assistance, and no basic courtesy like a "thank you" or "have a nice day."
This level of indifference from multiple employees at once suggests a serious lapse in training and management oversight. Customer service should always be a priority, yet this experience made it clear that it’s not even an afterthought at this location. I hope management takes steps to address these issues because, as it stands, I have little reason to return.

The place is good. A little crowded sometimes and I need to open a new register. Prices are fine. The bathroom is clean and the store is tidy. Employees are nice, the store is clean and well stocked. They have hot and cold food. Coffee and other drinks are always available. They sell gas. and cigarettes. They sell lottery tickets.

Disappointed they stopped their coffee club.
Also gas prices change twice a day. In NYS, they're only allowed to change the price when they refill their tanks, more accurate to their profit. Less potential to price gouging.
Not accusing circle K, just making mention.
