The worst shipping company I’ve ever used, constant issues. They drop your packages off wherever they please and completely lie about delivery dates. I will never willingly use FedEx and I wish the companies I’m purchasing from would give the option to use UPS or USPS because at least then I’ll know my package will get delivered to the address on file and not some random store in dunnelon. Please invest into your company.

FedEx has bait-and-switch on their website. You create a label and they say to drop it off and they'll get it there Monday, but AFTER you've paid for the label and dropped it off they say it will get there Tuesday. Ripoff.

These dock workers are the laziest out of every fedex ive been to. Horrible place, never have loads ready,so much wasted time out of my life sitting in this place.Actually have had drivers from this joke of a facility bring a trailer with flat tires.Linehaul is a complete joke,no consistency ,no explanations for the complete lack of safety.Trailers constantly needing repairs that are loaded anyways.No competent management personnel

If they don't take cash for packages they also told me my credit card did not work however after I called the credit card company they told me it was never ran.

This is the second ground shipment that had to go through Ocala, FL and they were unable to read the bar-code causing a delay in the delivery! And, since they don't make deliveries on Saturday, we now have to wait until Monday. I notified the shipper not to use FedEx in the future. It's unacceptable in this day and age, when Prime can deliver sometimes the same day, that FedEx is still in the stone ages.

They do not care one bit for their employees I highly would recommend find a new job then FedEx, I was not put on the clock since I didn’t get 0 help to find where to clock in I was told by manger not to clock in they will manually put in my hours for Sunday, had to fight with them while being a doctors note in they said multiple times they needed every single document from the hospital on my injures in order to to get excused injuries. I said I will not come back in until 5 days is up then I was told I was laid off from the job so then they have been texting calling me harassing me for abut 2 weeks now saying I still have the job and kept going on when am I coming in when am I available. I’ve declined their calls and still have multiple calls. I told them if I wasn’t gonna be laid off I’m quitting. Very disrespectfully from both managers and HR. I would never in my life work for this company again

Terrible place to work this place is all about favoritism your packages get thrown around I almost got fired for it told the manager Archie about it didn't seem to care they only care about feelings then don't care about anything else this place is terrible seem to hire the worst of the worst and it's ran like a bunch of children if you're a felon and need your first job go here to people sending here send somewhere else cuz they don't give a about your stuff

I purchased a gift box of cookies for my neighbors. Not knowing the Fed Ex just drops packages eith at the road or by your gate they did not find the package for a week. So much for fresh cookies! It is frustrating to pay good money for products and then, hopefully, find them laying along your fence line by the road!

Terrible. A woman here named Karen tried to pressure us into taking a load we were uncomfortable with. I told her this multiple times. I stood my ground said no and another planner gave us another load to get out of FL later on. Well after we are gone and off the yard, she calls back stating oh it was a mistake, we need you to come back and corporate said to take the same load I told her I didn’t feel safe with. I told her no again. We were not comfortable with load. And she said so your refusing? I said yes because I had already told her no previously due to safety. She tried to call corporate and bully me into the load anyway. Never had a problem with any other hub or FedEx. This was terrible. Drivers please stand your ground. If you don’t feel safe or are uncomfortable, voice your opinion and do not waiver. Thank you to the gentleman that found another load for us. Your awesome.

I have asked FexEx to leave my packages on my front porch! Today it rained and I had electronics delivered. There is a note on my account to leave packages there. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, horrible customer service!

I paid $18 for a reroute for the same neighborhood one street over and every time the complete brain dead morons delivered to the wrong address. Now I have to wait for the package to go back to the retailer as I don't have means to go an hour out of my way to their nearest Depot. Complete wastes of carbon.

My package was SUPPOSED to be delivered to an Inverness BUSINESS on Friday. FedEx has had my package since Tuesday. A SIMPLE Google search quickly pulls up the addressee/business and reveals their hours of business. On Friday, the FedEx delivery person tried to deliver my package LONG after the business had closed. This morning, delivery was attempted BEFORE THE BUSINESS OPENED FOR BUSINESS - THEN (presumably) rode around on the FedEx truck all day with NO OTHER ATTEMPT to deliver it during the NINE HOURS the destination business was ACTUALLY OPEN FOR BUSINESS! FedEx was able to FINALLY deliver my package on Monday ONLY BECAUSE THE BUSINESS OWNER STAYED OPEN LATE.
PRECISELY HOW UNRELIABLE can a person be and still be employed by FedEx Ocala as a delivery person/driver? How does a Hub "manager" who oversees the performance of their delivery people and is SUPPOSED to ENSURE MY PACKAGE IS DELIVERED ON TIME keep his or her job?
