Your policy of not topping off tanks unless there is less than 50% remaining without incurring a charge ($75) is poor customer service. I see your trucks in my neighborhood all the time, so why incur a service charge if I want to top off my tank prior to hurricane season. How about notifying us when your truck is in the area so that we can choose to refill at that time?

I would like to say it was great but my experience was not. I called to have a pool heater reconnected and they found that I had 2 gas leaks. They shut my gas off which also is what I use to cook, and told me they couldn't return for 3 weeks to fix the leak. I then got a call postponing another two weeks before they could get out to repair the leaks. I had to call some one else at this time due to the inconvenience of not being able to use my stove to cook. I called another company on Friday and they were there on Monday. I understand being short staffed however when I was told they need to take care of emergency's first (meaning gas Leaks) which is what I had, why did I keep getting pushed back? I also had to pay 50% upfront before they would even schedule to come out. I do not think you should take someone's money to schedule a job you are not able to do in a reasonable amount of time.

The worst customer service. Hurricane Idalia caused my tanks to float. Broke the line. Gas leaked out. I called to report it. Long story short… Was told it would be 18 days later to have anything done because they only have ONE guy to do that. He came 18 days later and said he needed help. Was told it would be another 11 days because they ONLY HAVE ONE GUY and to,schedule another to help. I paid a plumber to repair and upright my tanks myself hoping it would help but it didn’t. Then to receive a gas delivery after they came to check for leaks was another 4 days. The workers were wonderful. I truly feel sorry for the ONE guy and the gas delivery guy as it seems they are truly overwhelmed and underpaid. FERRELLGAS needs to hire more people. Very sad.

Customer service is NEVER a disappointment. Always answer any questions I have with professionalism. And delivery has usually been within 48 hrs of our request. Nothing but 5 STARS....THANK YOU FERRELL GAS.

I am not happy.It has been over a month since I first called to have them pick-up their propane tank. And it is still sitting on the now vacant campsite. I keep getting the run-around about a pick-up date. They've told me three dates and each time the service department out of Tampa has failed to show up.

I own a 120 Gal. above ground horizontal tank but haven't used it for a number of years. Fast forward to Feb. 2023 and my wife says she would like to get a gas stove again and switch back, so I hook the tank back up to the house and leak check all the lines; repair the leaks I found.The last leak is where the service valve threads into the tank and I'm not just not comfortable removing and replacing the Rego 7556 multivalve myself so on April 17th 2023 I call and setup a new account and order someone to come perform a pre fill inspection and service to repair a known issue with my tank I'm told someone should follow up with me in the next couple of days. After not hearing from anyone I called back and was told that my order was indeed in the system and someone should be out no later than may 5th 2023.It is now May 16th 2023 and I have yet to receive so much as a callback from a sales person or service technician, what does it take to spend a little money and get some service in return?EDIT: 2023/05/17 - Called again yesterday and was told that someone from the scheduling department would be calling me back shortly. An hour or two later someone did indeed call me back and a technician should be arriving at my home this coming Monday between 10AM and 2PM; I will adjust update this review pending the outcome.Additionally, Thank you Business Owner for taking an interest; I will follow up via your instruction in the near future.

Outstanding experience with Ferrell gas. I called them on Wednesday for a refill of the propane tank and they were out the very next day. The delivery person was exceptionally helpful and explained the process. I could not have been happier with the professionalism from start to finish of Ferrell gas.

Scheduled appointment 8 am to noon. Day of appointment, no show. Called several times. Finally told late afternoon that tech never showed up to work - family issue. I missed a whole day of work and income for Ferrellgas. No offer of consideration/reimbursement/discount. Rescheduled. Tech showed timely. Service went well. Tried to give tech a check, but told to wait for invoice to pay. Invoice arrived with a LATE NOTICE. I don't know how these people could be more rude and inconsiderate. No offer to give me any sort of credit for losing a whole day of work income because of them and then to send me a late notice when I never had an invoice to pay until it arrived in the mail.

The service driver came around 5AM in the morning filled the tank and was gone! Never knew it until I saw the receipt was in my mailbox!!!

So far, I have nothing but great news for this company. They delivered my propane quickly whenever I needed it. I understand that during a hurricane, every customer they have is requesting gas at the same time, so the deliveries may be a little delayed, but they did deliver as quickly as expected. Good for them.

It has been a while (January, 2022) since I received my first fill-up of propane for our GenerX generator but the delivery man was competent, efficient, friendly, and informative. He showed me how to monitor the volume in my tank and to be on the alert for specials that Ferrellgas periodically offers. Quite the "sales" rep while being an excellent rep for your company.
