Not sure how this place is not shut down. Love some of the teachers there but it is not run correctly and our son was coming home with bruises in hand shape marks. We tried to bring it up to the director and got ignored tried the regional and got it ignored. I pray they turn this place around.

my daughter has been attending first steps education since she was 6 weeks old. She will be turning 4 next month. This daycare has been nothing short of amazing to the care they have provided to my child over the course of 3+ years. yes they have their flaws, but what daycare doesn’t? when my daughter was much younger she was sent home over the course of a few days with diaper rash and dried boogers on her nose but what daycare hasn’t had this happen? they do try their best and the ones that don’t or haven’t are luckily no longer employed with them hence why some parents have had bad experiences when it comes to the care their child received. their turnover is bad yes, but I’ve heard that it is because of how the company treats their employees or maybe it’s also because of the employees consistently neglecting the children. it can be various things as to why their turnover is bad but the staff and director they have now are FABULOUS! and my daughter always comes home talking about the great day that she had and always looks forward to the next and to me that is all that matters is that my child comes home happy!

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS THERE!!! First Steps Education. The way I picked up son from daycare 4/27/2023 was terrible. No parent should ever pick up their kids from daycare in the condition that I picked him up as. His clothes was drenched in urine. The diaper he had on was drenched in old feces and new feces and urine. His butt was so raw, that I literally had to hold him down to clean him up because he was crying in pain. When I asked the teacher at the time, how did this happen? All she had to say was '' She just came in at 2:30 pm and that she was about to change him but never got to it''. This daycare can't keep no employees. People are constantly coming in and out. Every week you see a new face. Let alone, they can't keep a director there. They are on their 4th director within 10 month span. The assistant director don't know what she is doing. I asked for a diaper change log, she couldn't even provide me with one. This place is a complete DISASTER!!!

My son was terminated from First Steps Education. I was not called or told anything about my son being terminated. When I picked him up his teacher gave me all of his belongs with an envelope taped to it, with the letter inside. According to the director Bailey Bosanko, I refused to sign "legal documents" (those documents being an incident report) which is 100% false! When I picked up my son on 2/17/23 a young lady who works there (not sure of her name since employees come and go there) told me she had an incident report for me to sign but stated she couldn't find it. I advised her that I would sign it if/when they were able to present it. The circumstances surrounding my son's termination from First Steps Education is absurd and premature to say the least. I am exasperated by the actions of the staff regarding this matter. The lack of communication and empathy is extremely repulsive!

This daycare is the best I have ever experienced. My daughter learned all of her alphabets and sounds by age 3. The staff were wonderful in taking care of her! Potty training was a simple task for me as they took on the load for me. I am beyond grateful for this daycare.

My grandson went to First Steps Education. It was a rocky start for us he cried for three weeks then one day we walked in and he didn't cry. Probably about 2 months in and he would go in and he was fine the teachers were amazing they would put him on their laps and hold him too he felt better. He learned so much here I hated taking him out but we were moving out of state. He loved it here loved his teachers.Ms. Leah is amazing as is every person that works there.I highly recommended that if you are looking for a great place for your cold look Kno further. They are so caring and compassionate all I can say is thank you..
