Paid $375 for one fuse and one high beam bulb. I was hesitant to return to this shop because 4 years ago they did a terrible job of replacing a timing belt. Fooled twice so there won’t be a third.

Prompt and easy to work with. Might have been anything from a fluke to a low quality part to a poor repair job but the coolant thermostat they replaced on my truck needed another replacement within a few months. They offered to replace the thermostat on warranty; I declined.

One of the family car was not running right. The engine light came on. When we took it by to see what code it was the light went off. I took it here and told them the code. They said they would check it out. They told me after I had to call them two days later that they could not fine anything. They told me to come and get it drive it and if it happens again to bring it back. Did not even make it home and the light came back on but they were close already. We took it back and the same thing. To make a long story short. After three times we took it to some where else, that listen to what we had to say was wrong with it and got it fix the next day. If they would just listen to what we said they could had fix it but they seem like they did not want to fix it. Before Fishers sold out they were good. Now I am not doing any business with them. Also if they said they will call u back they want.

I don't know if I have ever had a car worked on at a place that was so pleasant, cheap and honest. But then again 0- this is a Father/daughter run business and it is clean, cordial and efficient. I left a tip for the daughter and the technician. Ohhhh, how I wish there was one in Riverview!Service: Tires

I actually went to discount tire and asked if they could put a plug in my tire. I was told that I could have a seat, after they conducted an inspection, that it would be three hours. I asked if I could come back and they told me to make an appointment. I asked for their first appointment available and they told me two days from now. So, with a tire pressure of 23 which I filled up to 47 and it was slowly leaking back down to 23, I was supposed to drive around for two days. To make a long story short, I walked out of discount tire called fishers. A very pleasant lady answered the phone told me to come over that they would help me with the plug. I asked her how long and she told me 30 to 40 minutes. 35 minutes later my tire had a plug and I was on my way. Thank you fishers.Service: Tires

My 2015 Chevrolet Silverado was due for its first transmission fluid flush at 90,000 miles which was performed by Fishers in October of 2022. Two weeks later, the transmission failed without warning upon departing from a traffic stop light. Within minutes of the event, I brought the truck to Fishers for help. They explained that the transmission had gone bad, could not be repaired, and needed replacement. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, agreed to the replacement and paid nearly $5000. To their credit, the replacement of the transmission with a warrantied remanufactured unit was accomplished quicker than estimated. With the work completed, the truck ran well ...until May of 2023 when a loud squealing noise was heard and followed by a very hard shift. Additional intermittent noises and sloppy shifting prompted a return to Fisher's ...to which they acknowledged that the fluid was already exhibiting signs of failure, but did little else beyond suggesting: "We'll just have to wait and see what happens" and the owner Sarah telling me that she would contact the transmission remanufacturer.A few more weeks of driving with the specter of an imminent breakdown triggered my bringing the truck to a transmission repair specialist. They diagnosed a failing Torque Converter and stated that the fluid should not look or smell the way it did at just 7000 miles after a major repair.Despite being under warranty, I had no desire to wait until the transmission failed, the probable long tow back to Fisher's, likely warranty claim disappointment, and downtime impact upon my business route. My experience with Fisher resulted in the premature replacement of a beloved truck, adding a large unplanned financial (on top of those already incurred) and time expenditure for a replacement vehicle. They were given an opportunity to address the problem when it was obviously getting worse and their inaction has lost them this faithful customer, his mother, her neighbor and whomever else I can convince with this review.

Friendly and nice to work with at all times. The appointment was easy to make and very timely. The technician was very thorough and conscientious. Nothing was pointed out to me that wasn't obvious to the eye. I should point out that my vehicle is twenty-one years old so problems are surfacing. I believe we are working out a good time line to extend the use of my car!Services: Transmission

I would not have posted this review on Google, but when I attempted to post this review on the Fisher's website, they rejected it and I received the message "The Review you entered was rejected due to spam content" Now I realize why their ratings are so high. You can determine if it is spam:I will not be returning to Fisher's. I brought my SUV in for an oil change and to repair what was causing my check engine to illuminate. I dropped it off on a Wednesday afternoon and told them I needed it Friday afternoon. I gave them that much time because I envisioned them diagnosing the problem on Thursday, calling me to authorize the repairs, ordering the necessary parts, and then repairing it on Friday. I heard nothing on Thursday. On Friday, I had to call to determine what was happening. Brittany told me I would receive a call when the vehicle was ready. At 4:45, I called again (they close at 5:30 and it is a 30 minute drive from my house). I was told the car would be ready. When I picked it up, they had performed the oil change and had only diagnosed the check engine light problem. No repairs were made. I spent $240 for an oil change. When I expressed my displeasure to Sarah, she could not give two hoots. She blamed it on a new service scheduler. When I asked why I wasn't called about it, she shrugged her shoulders and said they should have called. One and done.Service: General repairs & maintenance

It's a difficult gig; to deal with bad experiences and impatient customers. Even still, they remain patient and helpful. Sometimes you go through misunderstandings and inconvenient coincidences that create distrust. They could have washed their hands of it, but they didn't. Instead, they have gained my trust for how they stuck with it. Kudos to the their good faith. Thank you, Sara.

Very nicely run auto repair shop. I will happily take my autos there for repair going forward. Status communication could use some improvement, however, my diagnoses was definitely challenging.

Our alternator began to fail on our way from Miami back home to Atlanta. We did have to leave it with them, but they completed the alternator replacement quickly and were very professional and easy to work with.Services: Electrical repair

Had a strange rattle in rear end. Pulled in, explained the issue to Brittany and Sara. Jim (Technician) responded almost instantly, took car out for a test drive. Jim was back in only a few moments driving the car into the shop and up on a lift. Turned out the right rear muffler was rattling against the rear bumper. Sara explained the problem and instead of making me wait for the parts to arrive recommended a competent muffler/exhaust shop.IMHO these folks are top notch.Highly recommended!!RM1(SS) Kent C Alexander USN (RET)Total and Permanently Service-Connected Disabled VeteranService: General repairs & maintenance

The people that work here are angels. Sara, Mike, the mechanics, are all so kind and wonderful to talk to. They offer towing amd were able to transport us to a rental car location. They explain things in detail and I thoroughly trust their professional diagnostics. Prices seem normal for repairs. Thanks to all of you for making us feel like we were in the right hands
