ATM is always out of service can never deposit cash or checks. Honestly no one should be responsible for bounce checks if you can’t even have a location deposit.

Went there to open a new checking account. They run an ad for $300 to anyone that opens a new checking account, but informed me I did not qualify because I was already a member with cds in fcu. The disclaimer in the ad only says previous checking acct holders are ineligible. Was disappointed not to get the 300, but other than that the process went smoothly.

I've been banking with this bank for 8 plus years they don't offer zeal and they cannot increase your limit what you can pull out of your bank account that's just a way of controlling your money

I went to florida credit union on Silver Spring Blvd .Due to seen that I had a $ 72:00 dollars late payment which I should not have a $72 late payment because my first payment was supposed to come out in December which the young lady was supposed to set up my same payment automatic coming out in December because I redid my loan.I stop by there to ask what was $72 for an a young man told me at the branch on the boulevard that it was my late fee payment my miss payments so then he said I can waive the late fee but you still are $50 behind. It’s not my fault because she didn’t put it back like it was that she did not have it automatic to come out. You got what I said it set up for you now but I can waiver the late fee so I said Let me speak to a manager so I talk with someone I tried to cash a check and she told me she can’t cash the check.So I said can I speak to a supervisor ?So when the black supervisor came on the screen she looks at me all crazy with those glasses on talking about you’ll have to pay the 50 dollars.But it wasn’t my fault because she made a mistake. Where is the customer service for accepting the responsibility.I guess the customers service at Florida Credit Union come first and So I ask for another manager she comes up I speak to another she’s comes trying to play with my intelligent saying but you owe first credit union that hello somebody that’s not issue that I came in there for.I’m Writing the board of directors and BBB .She need more costumer service training .And trying to belittle me as a costumer saying you owe us the money but you’re refusing to accept the responsibility of the writer of the loan she said she was doing the deposit withdraw set up .So now I got to deal with this foolishness and attitude from the union representatives.

They never except their responsibility. of wrong doing .They didn't set my automatic payment up after redoing my loan. The representative didn't do it so the bank refused to cash my check unless I pay the 50.00 past due loan but it wasn't my fault. She said that the money will start coming out starting December it wasn't. Then the both of the managers refuse to acknowledge their mistake . One of the mangers try to belittle trying to step on My intelligence kept saying but you owe us this money . Thats not what I came in for . Unbelievable!!!! Tiana McCray

Matt R was my member service representative. He was very polite very knowledgeable very nice highly recommend him for a promotion he knows what he is doing and he even got me to open a personal account besides my business account. I highly recommend if somebody is going to open an account ask for Matt
