Lisa went above and beyond for our family on moving day! Great service and even provided ice cold waters which was so appreciated!! Clean, great price, easy processes…and they even refunded us for the full month when moving out 1/2 way through the billing cycle. Five stars!

Fantastic customer service and support from this storage facility! I highly recommend if you are looking for a storage location in Ocala without all the extra required additional charges other storage facilities have. I was able to tour the site, compare options, and got all my questions & concerns answered. Staff Lisa was thorough, patient & friendly.

Absolutely the best self-storage facility in the area! It's the only one I've found with 24-hour access and alarms on each individual unit. Parking is available for every size trailer or vehicle imaginable. Owner Tom, manager Dave, maintenance man Harry, and all staff members are very helpful and friendly. And, no, I was not paid or otherwise compensated for writing this LOL I'm just that impressed with the place! After renting storage units in other cities and states, I haven't found one nearly this good, anywhere.

This storage facility is great!! Many different unit sizes, very well maintained, and the prices are very reasonable. The customer service is even better. Debbie is AMAZING!! She was so incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating since I I was from out of town & needed to put my furniture in storage that day. On the day I moved we were running late & she waited for us, after the main office had closed. She was so patient & made sure I was able to get inside after hours with my movers, & she made sure I was safe! She was a Godsend for me!

Had a unit for over a year. I never had to worry about a thing. They have auto-payments so you don’t forget. The climate control unit truly was a lifesaver for my paintings/art in this Florida heat. I knew my belongings were always safe. The parking lots/entryways were spotless. The bathroom was clean. The gate/security always worked properly. The staff is so helpful and friendly. If you need a unit in Ocala you can not go wrong here. I loved the funny sayings, inspirational quotes, and sense of community on the changing sign out front. Thank you Dave & Debbie for everything.
