This dealership was fantastic and offers the best customer service i have ever experienced from any Ford dealership. I've been to many as I worked for Ford. They fixed a recall issue with doors. Diagnosed the issue with the speed control. We ran out of time to do an oil change so they scheduled it to be done at my home. You will really appreciate the workmanship and great service advisors they have.

Byron was awesome! He really made sure I knew how everything in my 2025 Ford Escape worked. He also keeps in touch with me and answers all my questions after the purchase. Ask for Byron Wilridge for excellent customer service!

Had an appointment at 11am. After 45 minutes of no action on my car it went to retrieve something from my vehicle. At that time a service agent spoke to me explaining that only one of the two items that they had ordered arrived (the reason I was there). She said I could stay longer and have the one item installed and then come back. I told her this was a waste of my time already and they can call me when the other part comes in.
