Cool A place ? bought a Ps5 here on Christmas of 2022 Dec! for $534.00, Chill service and energy for a gaming store I forgot the guys name that took care of me and my son, big fella very informative giving opinions of different gaming questions and buying options I love the service that's why when am gonna buy anything gaming this is my store ? ps5 still going strong my son loves it just waiting for a little budget so I can buy mines, I bought it for me but decided to give it to him for Christmas.Thanks for great service ? it always means alot to me as I also work in customer service and take alot of pride in being nice!

I will never come back to GameStop every again they really tried me and gave me an Xbox one that I wanted and they didn't clean it up or nothing, when you press the power button on the Xbox it doesn't make the sound that it supposed to make and then, my remote control that goes with it it hasn't been used or updating upgrade or nothing from 2018 I'm so sick of this.

Associate was really nice and quick, but apparently Gamestop decided to give out the pre-order bonus to anyone who bought a copy without pre-ordering too! So even though I pre-ordered the game, I didn't get the pre-order bonus. The ones for those that pre-ordered should've been set aside FIRST and then give out the remaining. I already basically never pre-order and now on occasion where I do, it won't be from Griftstop.

Absolutely garbage customer service. No greeting. 1 customer inside when I entered. They left a few min later & I'm the only customer in the store. Lazy employee ignores me to look at his phone even though I'm looking directly at him for assistance. Several minutes another person comes in & he jumps straight to them, "welcome, can I help you..."I guess I should be glad you were so rude. The overpriced, used $50 game was available brand new at Walmart & cheaper.You need better employees than the one in the pic.

The customer here is a joke. Planned to purchase a new console and they tried to up charge me $54.99 for an extra controller because it was part of the “bundle” deal but the price literally on the box did not state that. The person helping me seemed like he had better things to do and my trade in credit on some items was an insult. Good advice, go to target and just purchase something and sell your old system and games online.

Purchased digital gift cards online - order went through and then several hours later the site cancelled the purchase. Called/spoke with a representative and they said it shouldn't have happened and asked me to re-do the purchase (which I did) - when he wasn't able to get me the pin codes after the purchase went through, he promised to call back with an update but never did. I later received another cancellation notice from GameStop. Their customer support line said that lines were extremely long so I'd have to reach out to them via email - which I did. The representative via email suggested that I drive 20 minutes away to go to a local GameStop store to make the purchase for a DIGITAL gift card bc they were unable to help me. As frustrating as that was, I finally decided to call the local GameStop stores (all three) and NONE of them answered their phones. It is extremely crystal clear that GameStop does not want business.

Since last wee I’ve been trying to contact GameStop and it goes to automated system to please call back. Funny part my son was in the store and nobody was in it but the team of GameStop I will appreciate if they pick up the phone. It’s a business do your job.
