Very big disappointment went here right before Christmas to get a gift for my son. But they said they could only take cash. Because system was messed up. And it only works using card now and then. So they didn't want to even try it. Staff acted like they didn't even care. And was to busy wanting to help people because they would rather play in their cell phones. Supervisor on duty just looked up and went back to playing her game when I asked if they could try it. Never said a word.

Went to GameStop in Paddock mall. The person helping me was knowledgeable, friendly and relatable. She explained new policies to me. She made sure that I was taken care of and completely happy with everything.
