The staff are very polite and always have gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of, even if a prescription is sent in late they have always tried to get it filled before closing.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They ship to your address. Sometimes you get treats in your delivery. They send out birthday cards too.

I just had a miserable experience at Genoa pharmacy in Ocala. The pharmaceutical assistant was very rude and aggressive towards me. Startled me and made me feel nervous.

This Pharmacy has never failed me so far, great and friendly people. They know when to send my refills in the mail to me when I start running out, sometimes you gotta call to remind them but they always send what’s promised.

Ist they filled and labled a 30 day script for 2 pills a day as only 30 pills. when I discovered it they were closed and I spoke to two after hrs pharmacists. The second said he would send the script before my other pharmacy closed in 40 mins. Never happened. I am in severe withdrawl and I have to try to get an on call to send my script again after no sleep from no meds.

This is by far, the best pharmacy around! The staff always greets you by name with a smile. They offer to mail you your medications every month without hassle. They even send out hand-signed cards on the month of your birthday. Lovely people.
