Took my son's car in for a rear bumper repair. Staff was friendly, and the lobby was clean. Communication was excellent. They called me about 3 days after drop off to let me know they no longer make the rear bumper that is on my car. So I had to agree with a plain bumper instead of the original one that had writing etched in it, texted me with updates 2- 3x a week. The car was finished, I called to ask about the other issue, which was mentioned at the time of drop off and apparently nothing was mentioned to the shop from the insurance co to check out the issue...communication then was not good. Waited and waited until I called again and was told they still haven't heard anything from the insurance company and that I need to call them. Meanwhile, I'm in a rental car that I need to return, (When the car is finished), and the insurance company knows the car is finished so now I'm being charged for the rental... yet nobody can find out answers, and I need to call now... Why should the customer have to do anything? I told the insurance company and the shop about all the issues when the car was dropped off. Long story short, I picked up my car. The new bumper doesn't match the color of the rest of the car.. it's lighter than the original paint. SMH, I returned the rental car because the shop claims the issue wasn't related to the accident, yet I had no issues with the car until after the accident. Make that make sense, please.

Dropped my 2024 Mazda CX50 for hatch/bumper repair after a careless individual backed into my parked car, with Gerber, and from start to finish it was an easy process. They fixed my gal up so nice..like it never happened! They handled all the paperwork and arguments with insurance. I dropped off and picked up. That’s it!
One person I want to shout out is Ms.Bobbi working their front desk! That lady is a gem and I hope they know just how precious she is! She answered all my questions, explained the process, and put my anxieties at ease! Truly one of a kind!

Excellent experience from start to finish. My car was repaired quickly and they did an amazing job. Everyone was so nice and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to provide the best service. Highly recommend Gerber Collison.

Before and after pictures of the great work that was done. You guys fixed my car in 2 weeks!!!!! Everyone I spoke too was so nice and helpful. My car was so clean inside and out AND they gave me a mini car mat because I didn’t have one. AMAZING job. Thank you for all your help. Only note is the repair updates should be more frequent! Once again great job.

Above and Beyond service they exceeded expectations. The staff was kind all of them. Kathryn was very knowledgeable and also very informative. The front office lady was also very helpful dealing with my insurance and getting my deductible waived. Will was also very attentive with updating me on the repair status. Definitely will recommend and will go back for any further fixes! Very happy to have my car looking brand new :)

When you come in to this auto body shop you’re greeted by a wonderful lovely lady, no matter how bad your day please be nice to everyone. My car took longer than expected but it wasn’t the fault of this establishment.

My son wrecked my truck, USAA had us take it here. The price list they gave for repairs, they doubled the prices of many parts…from cost. They also noted to replace items that had nothing to do with accident like console me dash plexiglass. The costs associated with their massive markups took the truck over the threshold of repair and it was declared totaled. I did file a complaint about this with those in the power to correct this. The overly exorbitant amount they charged for parts it’s insane! Go to Liles instead and save yourself a headache

The communication between the adjuster, and myself with great. However, when I went to go and pick up the car, it came out, covered in bird excrement. As soon as it came out, I said to the general and the board it up to me. It's covered in bird excrement and he said oh I'm sorry and said instead of me not once offering to go back and clean it until I said it again finally said I'll go and take it to be cleaned. While driving at home ever in Florida of course it started to pour with rain. At that point I noticed a windshield wiper was missing when I messaged goodbye the next morning because they were closed. They said it was missing when they got it but never told me that it, Wass, when I finally got home after a torrential rainfall and scary drive it was in between the windshield and hood details I was told it was already detailed and we should be picked up clearly nobody had even looked at my car. I was also told that it was in detail, my car was dirty inside windshield wiper missing covered in poo awesome my Sunpass was missing and now I have a sticky mess in my windshield. I would never recommend this business.
