Very poor customer service. The lady I dealt with was Tonya or Tanya. She was very rude. Furniture prices are too expensive for a flea market!

My mom really liked the couch and recliner set that we went to look at coming from Gainesville. The wife which is who we met with at the storage unit didn’t seem very friendly or interested in selling these items to where my mom didn’t even want to ask anymore questions. We were literally going there to pay for the couch so that it wouldn’t be sold until we get a truck. But like I said she just made my mom feel uncomfortable like she couldn’t ask questions or like she didn’t want to meet with us.

Buyers Nightmare!!! They do not thoroughly check furniture and will sell furniture infested with bug...bed bugs. We contacted them as soon as we noticed this problem, 2 days after purchase and just got an "I'm sorry" so we immediately removed from our house and treated it outside for a week with no luck. Contacted them again saying this is a huge problem, the man will lie about being a licensed exterminator at some point in life yet he admitted to never checking the bottom of the furniture, only the top where you sit. It's not rocket science to know that's not where bed bugs are going to be and for him to have been a licensed exterminator he would have known that. Said they would give us cash refund, but upon arrival told us they could not get cash and could not get the square credit card machine to refund us (which was how we paid for the trash in the first place). Said we'd have to call the bank (on a Sunday) to "cancel the debit card transaction" that had already been cleared and processed by both banks for a week. That's not how debit/credit card transactions work. They are running a business and should also know that. After realizing we weren't letting this go, they magically figured out a way to refund our money via fb messenger before we left the parking lot and he even thanked me for teaching him something new....meaning where to look for bed bugs....but he was a licensed exterminator. Yeah, ok. We just purchased this house the week before we bought the furniture and this was one of the first things brought into the home. On top of the regular inspection we had to have done prior to closing, we were also required to have a REAL licensed exterminator do a different inspection on the house prior to closing and all was perfect, so I assure you it wasn't the house. But lucky, we now have to have the house professionally treated which is NOT cheap and they are ignoring all messages so there's no help from them for the nightmare they caused. They kept this furniture in a storage unit...where other furniture will be going and who knows how long it sat there. Bed bugs are VERY invasive little vampires. The young ones and eggs are very hard to see until they feast on your blood. Sound fun? Not hardly. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from these people. Nothing seemed legit from his lack of knowledge of bed bugs to the refund. Buy at your own risk!!!!

Bought a kitchen table & chairs. Very nice woman. It took me several days to get to pick up the item due to my busy schedule. She was very understanding and sweet about it. Happy with the whole experience.
