I can not say enough about this dealership. We were in a bind with only one car so the search started at Good Sam, but as I wanted to see the deals around Ocala we searched many lots that day and ended back at Good Sam. Thats when they put us in a really nice Escalade that we drove on a 3,000 mile trip the next day with no problems, even towed a trailer half the way. A few weeks later our other vehicle was toast so back we went and to no surprise we were treated as good as the first time. Now with the Dodge Ram and Cadillac Escalade, We are proud owners of 2 very nice reliable vehicles that were no hassle and great customer service. I would recommend this dealership all day every day!

They are no good and will steal your money from you. The cars a junk cars that the mechanic knows that wouldn’t last. Stay far away from them crooks. I didn’t wanna give a star boy to only get this message out I had to give them a star. I told them plenty of times about the problems with the car and every time they tell me the mechanic either busy or on vacation. How is that possible for 5 straight months, now the car not running they lied and said they’ll send a tow truck to get it fixed but really they just took the car and blaming me for it being messed up when I’ve been telling them about the issues over 5 months. Looking at other reviews they said the same thing and you reply the same way talking about maintenance yet when we’re telling you from the beginning something wrong with the car you avoid to look at out until it breaks down. Been telling you for months and you avoided me telling me the mechanic on vacation or busy. And all the positive reviews are people that are associated with you to make your business look good

Amazing place to do business. Got a car from Chad who was super nice and the process was easy and he explained everything thoroughly. Ended up not being totally Inlove with the car the next day and wanted to return it . They were understanding and sympathetic and even gave me half of my down payment back . 1000 percent recommend Trevor or Chad!

He was amazing!! We found one small issue and he went above and beyond to fix it. We got a great deal on a truck when everywhere else was over priced. He even recommended an insurance company that was cheaper then the one I had before. He is very honest and treats customers right.

Bought a car from them. After multiple attempts by them to fix the car, the engine eventually went out after only getting 2,000 miles out of the car. The owner told me to kick rocks. I was young, and they took advantage of that. Avoid like the plague.
Update: Just read the owners reply. As I clearly stated above, I went to the owner. He told me to kick rocks. It wasn’t just randomly brought up 10 years later for the first time. The 2,000 miles driven took a year to accumulate because of how long, and how often it was broke down. You guys worked on it multiple times. I’m pissed off every time I drive by, and could care less if it was 10 years ago. If you were slime then, you’re slime now. Took me 7 years to fix the financial mistake that was buying a car from you. I couldn’t imagine screwing my customers like you screwed me. After telling me to kick rocks, you literally offered to sell me another car. That was how you wanted to help me. And even in your reply 10 years later you want to “assist” me. Sell me another car? The irony. ???

Honest people selling affordable vehicles. I bought a vehicle from Chad. He worked with me about the down payment, cause I was short. Well, fastforward maybe 1.5 years that vehicle had a catastrophic failure. I called them they said get it to us we will figure it out. It was done for. I didn't have much for another down payment. Told me to come up we will work it out. BOY DID THEY! they not only got me into something but what I wanted, worked out my down payment weekly till it was paid. It's not all about the vehicles and money to them. They genuinely wanted to help me. Thank you so much Good sam motors
