I did not even go to the store. I understand it is 4th of July. I called just to ask if they happen to have washers before driving that far and a man answered the phone and said yes we are open and hung the phone back up. I was not even asking if they were open. I had a completely different reason for calling. I feel that is very bad customer service. I understand it is busy but please be nice to people that call your business. Disappointing.

Love that sometimes you can find really good condition stuff, some name brands. They do a rotation of the bins that's good bc at times the bins get some kids lollipop in there so I always bring gloves. Also, some outfits or bags are new but still could use a wash from being dumped in this bin with other stuff; pallet dirt, etc. bringing your own large bag helps to not use a shopping cart that can't go in the rotation line of new/ used stuff coming out. All the employees/ volunteers have always been nice & could help explain if your New. Definitely worth the deals you get.

Stuff to find for a good deal. Lots of stuff is overpriced though. If you are looking for game consoles you may as well get a tested one from a game store for the same price.

This place is a mess. All items are dumped into bins and you have to sort thru to find things.

Depends on how many people are in the store. This location is a bin store, ding for thing you want and other item tenderized to get broken or opened and scattered due to idiots throwing things they don't want from 1 bin to the other. I found I wouldn't put up with that if I owned the store but on the other side they should that those items on tables or shelfs. The prices are great though.

Do not go near closing time. We were traveling home and decided to stop on the way. We got to the outlet right after 2:00 and they already had most of the store blocked off where you could not look. We were only allowed to look through two rows of clothes before they closed off one of the rows 10 minutes after we arrived. They also close at 2:50 instead of 3. The workers made it VERY clear that you must get your items and pay by 2:50. Cashiers were very nice though. I did find a few things while there, which is why I’m giving it two stars. I just wish I could have shopped the full store. This is the first goodwill bins I’ve been to that do this.

I’ve been to GW outlets all over the country and this is one of the best outlets I’ve ever been to. No pushing and shoving, no drama. The managers Courtney and Paula are very nice and keep the place clean and rotations organized. These two managers and their employees seem like they genuinely enjoy their jobs and like talking to the customers. I will be making the drive here at least once a month because I was that impressed

The place is clean, safe, organized but the workers oh my god they are disgusting, I will clarify not all of them with the exception of 2 or 3, nothing more than they are very friendly, respectful, in fact one of them is a Hispanic lady who is very very professional Respectful and friendly and another young American girl who is very friendly too. Outside of these 2 people, the treatment given to customers by the rest of the staff who works in the place is horrible. Mainly a short, dark-skinned man is very unpleasant. He shouts everything. The time for everything shouts, every 5 minutes it is shouting how much time is left to close even if there is 1 hour left and at 2:30 they close all the lines with yellow chains and it's over and you can't even get close because they shout for your attention. to customers, they take out all the merchandise for the next day up to 45 minutes before closing the store and only leave line 1 with bins to review and the rest of the 5 or 6 most closed lines full of bins with merchandise for the next day. from 2:30 pm, in addition to the mistreatment that clients receive while they are already online to pay, please if someone from the corporate can take action on this issue I would be very grateful, no client deserves to be treated as they are being treated in this place.

This is a goodwill bins. As far as bins go it's really good. Nice atmosphere. Plenty of carts. Nice helpful staff. Busy place but everybody was very cordial.

Staff was rude and yelled and scolded customers the entire time we were there. Back up, move, go over there, we need to get ready for Monday. We couldn't look at merchandise and are grown adults who do not deserve to be treated that way. We left after about 3 minutes.

Management is key at Goodwill Outlets, this one is great for that reason. Always rotating, rules are clear, prices are fair.
