My husband and I purchased an '05 Honda Odyssey from this dealer in January. The first 2 months were great. But problems started to quickly creep up. First, the cooling AND condensing fans went out at the same time. That lovely job cost me $1500 in repairs and parts. Then, the VVT solenoid went out, causing massive oil pressure issues. That cost over $2500 to fix. Then the crank shaft pulley FELL OUT of the vehicle while driving down a major highway. Another $750 in repairs. Then the catalytic converter (one of 3, this one being the hardest to repair) went out for another $550 in repairs.
Multiple other repairs, totaling around $1500 in work that we've done ourselves has had to be done as well.
This has been the purchase from hell and I regret ever buying the thing.
I bought it to be able to have a reliable vehicle, big enough transport my show dogs - two of the top dogs of their perspective breeds. Instead, I'm scared to even put my dogs or child in the vehicle, in fear of yet another catastrophic failure of some kind.
The worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle purchase.
More in repairs than the vehicle is even worth and we still owe on the POS that I'm afraid to even drive.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about these guys and in a family of 7 will always have all of them go here to purchase their upgrades. I purchased my 2016 Ford for thousands below everyone Else. Kind and charismatic is how I would describe the owners and just a great place to purchase a vehicle from. I also waited MONTHS to write this to see If any problems arose from the vehicle I got and nothing. It's great and so is this place!

These guys are sorry. Went for a 2015 Toyota Sierra for $15k. The check engine light was on, the owner of the dealership said he will send it to a mechanic. It was an ignition coil, few days later, check engine light came back on. Took it to Auto Zone. Same issue. Come to find out the owner never paid the mechanic to fix it. Just to clear the check engine light. Top notch scammers if you ask me. Don't waste your time. My bank will never do business with these guys again.

Unpleasant experience with this small dealership. I had been searching for an SUV/truck for months and finally came upon one that I liked. I drove 3 and a half hours there and back to pick it up and within the first week I got it home, the check engine light for my newly purchased Jeep came on. I took it into my local shop and now I am being told that there is a serious issue with the engine and it’s a matter of time before the whole engine does not work. Not only that, but there is no fix for this issue which makes it even worse. I tried contacting the dealership and all they say is sorry and there is nothing that they can do. Now I understand I am buying an as is vehicle but this is just bad business. I also have had to constantly contact them just to get my title and my registration. So now I am stuck with a Jeep that I need to get rid of but I don’t even have the title for the vehicle. It is very disheartening how this dealership has handled this transaction and I would not recommend this dealership. Be very cautious.
