I brought my daughter in on the Friday before back to school and was able to get in and out quickly however, after leaving realized that Karen had really botched the cut. Before leaving she had mentioned that my daughter’s hair gets wavy at the ends. Sooo, I contacted hair cuttery to try and get back in to have it fixed. Karen proceeded to ignore us after making eye contact, never tried to make it right and even took next appointment rather than checking in and making sure it was resolved. It literally took 10 minutes to fix. One of her colleagues ended up having to fix it and even asked who messed the cut up so badly in the first place. My daughter didn’t answer and I didn’t want to go this route but it was horrible experience all around. The staff member at the desk was no better in trying to help or resolve the issue. Thank goodness one of the other gals stepped up to help out. She was wonderful.

Some people just don't need to be cutting hair especially bangs.
Like I asked for chin length curtain bangs and the lady cut them up near my eyebrows, I'm not sure what she heard but now I look like a fool I actually hate it.

Great salon and even GREATER stylist in Summer !!! This woman is a true hair artist, and she makes even my thin-haired, half-bald head look very presentable! Every perm I ever got up there with Summer has been exceptional ( using the old bricklayer technique) and she is kind and funny to boot! Never going anywhere else while she’s there and she deserves a HUGE raise and more vacation time!! Love you girl, Mary Ann Gaudy
Hair type: As I said, my hair is thin and poker straight but somehow Summer makes my hair look thicker and curly!

I came to have my hair cut by Summer thru the recommendation of a friend. I loved the cut she gave me, and have continued coming back. I try to schedule cut w her every 6 weeks. Besides, her professional skills, she has a kind uplifting personality! I leave the salon with a boost in my self esteem after she does a great job on my hair!
