Took my truck in for a minor adjustment on the alignment 3 hours into it I was questioning their knowledge knowing what they were doing broke these alignment gauges steering wheel is crooked and pulls more than before

If I could give negative stars, I would. They put my family in danger with their ties they put on my vehicle. They tried to hide the fact that one of the tires has a defect. I called them out on the issue and the response was that every tire they have has some sort of problem. The owner laughed at me and acted like my life and my families did not matter. Stay away from this place. Nothing but a scam. I’m traveling to a funeral this weekend not trying to be the main proprietor everyone is grieving for. Scam scam scam! Spend the extra money and go to someone to take lives seriously.

They were the only place who agreed without hesitation to put my tires on for me. Any other place in ocala refused to put on my tires because “they were bought somewhere else” or “used” even though they were brand new and bought from a trusted website who sell TRUSTED brands. These people never disappoint. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Took my car here for a nail and decided to fix other issues. The service was top notch. Repairs were not overly expensive. Found a new place to repair a used car. Staff is more than helpful

Avoid this place. Waited 2 hrs to get 1 tire changed because they took care of people who came in after me before me insane. Bad management

They rotated my bad tire to the front and changed one of my good tires out. SMH must be all the new guys running the place into the ground.
