I was so thankful this Hilton had an available room last minute. Although the surrounding area isn't my favorite, the exterior of the hotel was well manicured, inside was upscale, front desk clerk friendly, halls and room was clean. We were comfortable. I peaked across the hall to look out the window at the pool view and that was so pretty! Breakfast staff was irritated I couldn't understand her accent as she was walking away. Sorry

The beds were comfy, the waitress Christina provided some of the best customer service I’ve seen, and the breakfast was pretty good. I wish I would have gotten the made to order omelette or waffles they had but I forgot about them. In fact, the only thing I would consider, would be to have that info laid out so we can reference back as to all that is offered. I would have also liked to tip Christina but because I paid for the breakfast online, I didn’t get a bill or anything and I would have really liked to leave her a tip for how amazing she was. So I figured the next best thing is letting her know her service is much appreciated and keep being amazing :)

My band ("Landslide") plays here in the "event tent", a huge permanent tent for weddings, and other events, including live music!! Definitely one of our favorite venues, Pete and the crew treat us like family! Super convenient location, big clean pool!

Excellent stay here and VERY good service.
I checked in, had one small issue that was immediately addressed by staff. They went so far as to upgrade my room just to make sure my experience was a good one!

The staff and amenities were great. There were some issues with plumbing and the AC when we first arrived, but the staff pleasantly resolved all issues promptly and to our satisfaction. The pool and convention center were excellent.

Worst hotel in Florida! The employees and managers are not honest they tell you something to your face and turn around and do the opposite! I highly doubt no recommend this hotel! Not worth the money or time!

The staff is friendly. Shoutout to Ms. Lisa, housekeeping. Always had a smile on her face and super attentive. The breakfast can definitely be better. Don’t recommend the pancakes as they were rock hard. Before sitting for dinner make sure you ask if they haven’t ran out of food.

I needed a last minute hotel during a recent trip and the Hilton did not disappoint. The staff was friendly, the room clean, and bed super comfy. I got some great sleep before hitting the road again in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.
