“I recently moved up to Ocala and whilst stopping at Bravo supermarket I discovered Rob’s Hobby Store. I’m a professional model builder and was very impressed with his inventory and hard to fine styrene products essential to my craft. Plus the variety of stocked items was great including very rare hard to find models. Great store reasonably priced items excellent customer service!”
“I did not catch her name, but the cashier with blonde hair at Michaels of Ocala had outstanding customer service. I visited the store on Sun 5/7/2023. The cashier was friendly, plus she used a coupon to save me money. Wish all cashiers were this great!”
“That store is huge!! I like the price as well. Staff were amazing. They listen and if they do not know an answer , right away they get you someone who can help you!!”
“Rebecca was absolutely wonderful! She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me with my Rewards account. I had a bad experience with the manager during a previous visit, so I was especially grateful for Rebecca’s professionalism and kindness.
She treated me with respect, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. Rebecca’s customer service is exceptional, and she truly made a negative experience turn into a positive one. In my opinion, she has the leadership, patience, and professionalism to be a manager. Thank you, Rebecca, for your outstanding service!”
