“Great Place, Loved the selections available. Great Customer Service from Morgan who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was so happy when she took the time to actually take me to the location where the items were rather then just telling me where the items was and pointing towards an area like another employee did rudely with no regard to my first time visiting the store. I didn't get that Employee's name because she was too busy ignoring my frustration. Thank Goodness for Employee's like Morgan for going above and beyond to assist me. Because of her I will be back to this location for my art supplies. Morgan is Great and desrves recognition for her Fast Friendly Customer Service Support. I appreciate it very much.”
“I was looking for a particular aircraft model for a family member, 2 weeks out for a Christmas present, well he did not have the one I was looking for, he ordered it and not to his fault, it arrived after Christmas, but I am reviewing him due to his sincere apologies about the delayed delivery, I will be going back in the future, great prices and has a selection of models for all levels of skill and trains and RC supplies and vehicles.”
