**KATHLEEN SAMUEL** is an awesome Tax Professional! She is extremely knowledgeable about taxes, very professional with a very pleasant demeanor. The staff in this office are excellent as well!! I highly recommend Kathleen and this branch location.

On May 14 I received a letter from the IRS and I was very concerned. Unable to reach the office who prepared my taxes I called the H&R Block office in Gaitway Plaza on May 15. Tina answered my call and immediately made the time to see me. She said she would look into this and call me that afternoon. Around 1pm I received a call back that everything was fine. I am very thankful for the prompt and courteous service I received.

I wait 1 hour before I got a response. I asked to have Someone else to give it to me. I was told 5 more mins. several times.

My last few years when I had Bob Baker who always did my taxes and always got me money back. I look forward to seeing Bob Baker as he is very knowledgeable and professional. This year I got someone else since Bob Baker retired and I am not pleased with the person I got. I will not be going back to H & R Block. I have a very simple tax return and I can go anywhere

My tax professional had my taxes completed in under thirty minutes then answered my questions and thanked me for letting him do my taxes once again. After walking to the checkout counter with me, he said he hope's to see me again next year.
