Lavinia was professional, personable, and knowledgeable while working with me to complete my taxes.Samantha is rude, nasty, and unprofessional. I'm taken aback that she is the face of this location being at the front desk. She doesn't represent the brand well. She needs training and a lesson in customer service.

Working with Mary Ellen was one of the best experiences I have ever had during tax season. She is positive, upbeat, knowledgeable, and very professional. H&R made it easy to upload information on their app. Overall 5 star experience.

Associate was NOT helpful. Iritable and angry. Was told facts that were untrue. Would I recommend H&R Block to a friend or associate? Probably. Seeing that after asking for another CPA. Whom was absolutely fabulous BTW..
