Had a bunch of trouble with my taxes. IRS held my taxes until august 2024. It has seemed like forever. I could not get ahold of anyone, then i called this office on college rd in ocala fl and Marissa Wolfgang cleared it all up. Marissa contacted the IRS for me several times. she had kept in contact with me this whole time. Honestly I felt like I wanted to just give up at a point like I would never get my refund but she has finally got it being mailed to me. She is awesome and in my opinion has went above and beyond customer service and support. Thank you so much! Be sure to ask for her next year ?

Need to say, my husband and I didn’t have an easy case for our taxes this year. 1099, multiple W2s and unemployment with career changes and state relocation… Tammy and Angie made our visit a breeze. Where our past accountant took 2 months to ever get back to us, Tammy took 48 hours. We dropped our tax paperwork off on a Monday and came in to sign off the following Wednesday. We have a newborn and Angie was amazing on baby duty each visit. Customer satisfaction 5 stars is not a high enough rating for this Jackson Hewitt office.
