My wife and I went in to do our taxes. It is the first year that we went somewhere and didn't do them ourselves. Tammy was very helpful and answered our questions with our taxes this year. She made it a very enjoyable visit. Highly recommended.

Kongi was very helpful and friendly. She also was very helpful to my sister. This was my sister first time doing her taxes. This is my 12th year going to Jackson Hewitt to do my taxes.

This was our first time using Jackson Hewitt for our taxes. We are new to the area and after doing some research online we decided to go here because this office had so many great reviews. I can honestly say all the great reviews for Tammy are true! She is very friendly and explains everything very well so you leave there knowing she did a great job and she is very knowledgeable about doing taxes. We will definitely come here again next yr and we look forward to seeing Tammy again. Highly recommend her and this office.

Nice ladyy Taylor very polite, but the prices too high, I’m a senior they charged more than $250.00 for regular taxes, I found it very expensive and not too happy with the results, after I said that it was too expensive Taylor manage the way they went down to that price

We went to Jackson Hewitt, Ocala FL office and met with Tammy Gibson to file our tax return. She made it easy and convenient. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job. We will use Tammy again for our tax prep next year.
