I made. An Appointment with your tax place at the end of Mach 2025 for April 07 2025. At the time in March there was a sign that mentioned that will not pay more than $150 00 Thee charged me $327.00 April not advising me the fee would that much in April2025 . I find this very unfair to me. I was planning to do my income taxes every year with your company. Now after what happened to me with the fee. You may not see me anymore unless you refunded the extra charge of $177.00. Because my Appointment was made on March 2025 at the time the fee was $150.00 stating on your sign. Why pay more, you will not be charged more than $150.00 for doing your income with us Since, my Appointment was made in March 2025 for April 07 2025. I should have received the fee from 2025.

They filed my taxes for this year. Lady told me I owe 2900, I said I don't have the money to pay can I make payments she said yes but call IRS they will set you in a payment plan that has no fees or interest. I call the IRS and lady says you can get in a payment plan that has interest and fees and penalties. Thanks alot Jackson Hewitt, also the brand new truck I bought for my business was deductible under my business expense and the tax preparer said no. These people don't even know what they're doing.

Returning customers should be advised that the cost for your preparation will be $400. But a new customer for Jackson Hewitt this year pays only 49 to $149. There is no benefit to being a return customer

People were polite, competent and well informed of the tax code, however, no financial respect for return customers. Returning customers must pay $75 more than first time customers. Not really fair!
