I can’t say enough great things about the JCP Salon lady Gloria. I’ve been going to her for years. I took a small break to support my niece’s cosmetology dreams & allowed her to practice on me. Although she did an ok job, nothing compares to Gloria’s expertise & knowledge. She has a customer for life. I’ve referred several friends & family members to her and we all share the same feelings. She is a true professional in her field. ♥️

Highly disappointed with my visit.I have been here multiple times as a kid.I booked online for BASIC blowdry that came with wash and obviously a blowdry and cornrow and it said the price was $95.Also, i put on the description “ I have 4c thick long hair.If you cant do it please cancel my appointment.” When i got there it was good i went with latosha first,she did good I got a good wash.Orginally on the website the price was $40 then it went to $50 okay cool, Im not complaining.Santa at first she was okay i guess.Santa is very very heavy handed and no gentleness and dang burn me with the hot comb going very fast.Santa braiding my hair while pounding my head and no regard and pulling and basically slapping my forehead, THE WHOLE TIME. Im not a tenderheaded person but dang.I told santa I DID NOT WANT MY ENDS CUT and few seconds later proceeded to then when i turned she was on like she didn’t but obviously did with bad cuts and not even.If i wanted a cut i would’ve asked for it.I already got a cut no to long ago.When i was done She put me under the dryer and i guess she was talking and i heard one thing and i said okay but when i get the register and see the price the rude manager said that she said it to me.But how am i supposed to hear something quietly under the dryer.Also,the total was $175 and when down to $143 to $160🤨.I was charge for a significant blowout$50 and basic cornrows$110 and at first a long hair fee$15.The rude manager said i asked for conditioning treatment (which i didn’t) and said it was supposed to charge way more than that. No and no.I talk to my mom and she talk to her then I payed it then went to customer service for a refund and i explain what happen and they went to get the one manager came and at the time i didnt know she was a manager and still talkinng me and her and she asked what i want to i said a refund and she said not the full amount and i said okay.So first it was $40 then went to a $32 refund.I really don’t complain about prices because ik how things are and i will have the money for it but a BASIC BLOWDRY AND BASIC CORNROW with only 10 even braids and my hair was cut for $175 is unacceptable.I would have be okay with $120.They need to change there website and change there policy because this unbelievable.I will be taking this up with my bank.

I recently went to Laura for a hair cut. She took her time and consulted with me, asking me a lot of questions to come up with the perfect style for my hair. I was going from long hair to a short cut so I was nervous. She made me feel totally comfortable and relaxed and I loved what she did with my hair. I highly recommend Laura.
