Unable to contact them. It's over a week and I have no idea of status. After completely filling out paperwork I got falls on 2 following days to say they didn't have insurance claim number - which they had. Very disappointed

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any business. My car had some paint damage on the front bumper, so I took it in for an estimate. It also had some chipping on the rear bumper. The service associate Scott Wood suggested they could install a protective applique on the bumper to avoid further damage. They ordered the applique and I prepaid $85 for it. I took the car in at the end of April and they had it for 4 days. I was told to pick the car up on the 5th day by Scott Wood and the car was repaired and looked great.when I got to the shop, I paid for the repair while the porter was bringing my car out to the front. When I saw the car the front was ok but no work had been done to the rear bumper. Scott Wood was not in that day, so another employee assured me someone would come to my home and finish the job the following week. No one contacted me so I called and was told they were sorry and the work would be done soon. It is now July 2nd and still nothing. After about 20 calls Scott Wood will not answer or return my calls. I am not sure what the problem is getting this fixed, but if you do use this collision center mace sure you see that the work has been completed to your satisfaction before you give them any money.

I do not recommend this collision center. They are only in it for the money not for quality work. I was charged labor for something they could not do and was not refunded. I'll be speaking to the local news and the BBB later this month. I'd select any other collision center other thank this one. They will spin the problem 18 different way and hope that you will forget. Believe me, I will not until they answer why?

Go somewhere else! Anywhere else! I took my car here after it got rear-ended. I figured it being through a dealership the work would be of quality. The area of the collision was fixed but I other areas of my car are now missing paint ( this was not an issue before). The line that connected my gas cap to the car so it wouldn't fall when opened had been cut, the door to the gas doesn't close all the way, and my trunk doesn't seal completely that I had to find out when I got it washed.
Later I found out a friend took their car here a while back to get repaired and it comes out a total mess! A mess to the degree they ended up painting the car a whole different color than the original mat color.
If I had to do it over I would wait the month and half and take my car to the guy I know does quality work, D.J. McCabe's. Oh well, you live, you learn.

Not good for me at all!!! Interior was very dirty and full of body shop dust with a dead battery. My car was not even dusted. Insurance case was also closed, monies collected even before I even dropped off the car.

Absolutely outstanding service and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately my car was totaled but JJ kept me up to date during every step of the assessment process and advocated for a faster turnaround with my insurance company. I am not local to Ocala but the staff did everything to ensure the process went smoothly - even from hours away. They took a genuine human approach to one of the worst experiences of my life and made it significantly less painful. I hope you don't have to visit them, but if you do, you're in good hands.

I had my car towed to Jenkins collision center. They guided me through the process every step of the way. Unfortunately, my car was declared a total loss, but I felt confident with the Jenkins team.
