Had emergency situation with my F250 (company truck). Joes tire immediately got me new rims, within 2 days. Jose recommended what to get, called me as soon as they came in and got me back into business and on the road. Their knowledge, experience and attitude towards me was beyond expectations. Awful awful owner and business. Owner was going to let me pay knowing he made a mistake and scratched my rims. Said he didn’t think I cared, because he said the rims was already messed up a little. Also, he never even apologized for making the mistake when I pointed it out to him. He just said “yeah, I had a hard time getting that tire on the rim” such an unprofessional business. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR TIRES, actually for ANYTHING!

Friendly people and great pricing. They were by far, the cheapest place I found in Ocala to mount and balance large tires. Even better was that I didnt have to set up an appointment for a different day and drop off my truck, they were able to get to it immediately and did a great job.

Jose is the best this place rocks I'ma let them do my lift kit when I'm ready because. After getting told no so many times or told a really high price for a very simple job they was able to fix it OMG I love them I'm never shoping nowhere else for my tires thanks Jose and his helper

I'm a car collector and I've been many places but this business is honest, affordable and the level a quality can't be replicated. I have bog 19" wheels with stretched tires and they did an amazing job! Highly recommended!

These guys know what they are doing. I have a dually with deep rims. Therefore, most places do not have the equipment to balance my wheels. I went to 6 shops! I was sent to parkers, and they told me the only way to balance is with beads. Well, 300.00 later, the beads did nothing. I was then referred to Joes. We found that only 3 tires had beads, and most of the beads were still in the pacakge. They removed all the beads, properly balanced all my tires, and I finally have a smooth riding vehicle again. I went to parkers and they gave me my money back!!
I recommend Joe's to anyone with big wheels and tires as these guys really know what they are doing. I will definitely be back!!

As for the company and Starke locations, awesome, but the Ocala location specifically Mark is not a man of his word and a dishonest person and I hold him responsible for me almost losing my 3 kids!
