The an that runs it like having your papaw or dad there. Cool place nice rooms and he doesn't rent by the night. It's more of a im staying here till I find a permanent place or you can chance the Salvation Army. They were awesome for people with kids or babies. I really like being there but alot of the women were always trying to get over on the workers and they are not stupid. Or gullible .Just find make other arrangements for yourself if you can't follow simple rules. Just know thousands of people have rolled thru there so there's nothing they see or had pulled on then. It just not worth getting trespassed by MCSO . And you'll never allowed on the property again. I've seen it its not pretty. Remember to try be courteous these just work there they aren't magicians. Just be cool. Don't let your kids be super loud.

It's a cozy place, and is very quiet at night. Phil is great, and he's very helpful. Prices are fair. He does not rent out single night stays but I kinda like that . Location is off the beaten path but central to the area. Grocery and convenient stores very close by

The owner of that motel is a word a Christian woman can't say. A man 80 years old left his scooter there. He was renting a room and 80 yrs old I was asked to pick up the scooter for him and although I completely understood why Phil needed consent, he talked to me with destain for no reason what so ever. He told me to have a consent order, never call his motel again, and that he would meet me at the end of the road. All 3 things in the same sentence. The 80 yr old man who owns the scooter is in serious condition, and has been for 3 wks in Gainesville hospital, was taken there by ambulance. Sorry Ron, we tried to get your scooter as you requested. There was no reason for that so called motel owner to treat a 74 yr old woman, with one fourth of her heart left like she was something on the bottom of his shoe. As I said I told Phil, at least 3 times I fully understood his position in needing a consent form to pick up a family members scooter. He is a very cruel man. If anyone with a heart needs a motel room, I sure would look elsewhere

It's quiet and everything here all good people staying here and price is very reasonable considering the time we live in. I love this place. So far best place I've stayed since being in Florida!!
