We went in got our transmission flushed. We were in and out in no time. Amazing customer service!! Price was great, tech was super knowledgeable. Definitely will be coming back. Alexis and Christian are amazing people doing a great job with their team.

The Krystal Auto team is top-tier. I took my truck in to have a repair done. When I dropped the vehicle off, Alexis was working in the front office. She was warm, welcoming, and efficient. Just a little while later, I received a call from the owner, Christian, to talk me through the repair before it was made. The quality and caliber of the work were excellent. I will be taking my vehicle back in the future.

Everyone was amazing.i live an hour away. I’m up watching my grandkids. I thought I had a nail in my tire, because my pressure was low. I drove in and they took me in right away. They even replaced the stem valve cover I lost somewhere. Highly recommend.

I had about six items on my list that I wanted them to give me a quote to repair. I didn't get any quote for any of them except for the rear differential which they said was going to be four to $6,000. I found several of them online completely refurbished for around $1,500. They also said it would tie one of their racks up for weeks which is ridiculous because it's a several hour repair. I was charged $130 to here yes the things on your list need fixed but never did they attempt to do them. I also never got a quote which they said they were going to do on the other items that needed repaired
I had car checked at another shop and the differential is good it was the wheel bearing assembly, besides the fact you say your going to get a new diff. For safety reasons you can't buy a new one for a 1977. All of them would be refurbished. Again you didn't even quote me for any of the other items.
