KWI Grand Rental is a reliable rental business known for its knowledgeable and diligent staff. With years of experience, they prioritize customer care and are praised for their helpfulness. Customers appreciate the quality and maintenance of the equipment, which includes tools for various jobs like floor sanding. The friendly team is informative about equipment operation and is willing to accommodate requests, such as early returns. While the in-stock items may not always match the website, the service remains commendable. However, customers should note the tight hours on Saturdays, closing at noon.
