Had appointment at 12 noon and didn't get called until 1:10pm . The room was full of ppl waiting. They did have time to take a lunch break with the room being full of customers waiting to be seen. That's what was told to someone waiting and the person shared with everyone. Something needs to be done about this location. Running too slow.

I went in to do labwork recently here. And the Phlebotomist was fishing to find my vein. It was unsuccessful the first time. Then she states she doesn't understand why she can't find my vein. I'm sitting there uncomfortable and when she drew blood after second attempt on second arm it was a painful stick. She never apolized for not finding my vein. Poor customer service on her end. I walked out of there with bandage on both arms. I wouldn't recommend labcorp to friends or family.

I checked in and the wait wasn't bad. The nude that helped me her name was Lisa, she was very professional, very efficient.

Went for a blood draw. The wait wasn’t bad and the nurse that drew my blood was very professional. The procedure was painless.

Visited LabCorp for the first time to get my glucose test for pregnancy. Checked in on my phone. Had an appointment for 11 o’clock and made it into the facility by 11:03 because I dropped my keys in between the seat in the parking lot and we’re trying to fish them out which is why I was 3 minutes late. Didn’t see my name on the check-in list on the screen so I went to the desk….they helped the one lady in front of me then walked away. No one was at the desk again until 11:18 and then I finally was taken back to get my blood drawn. So over 20 minutes late for my TIMED test…which I’ll more than likely have to do again thanks to these incompetent people. Not to mention rude….they weren’t even busy and acted like they had 100 people there…maybe they should take a trip to quest and see how busy THEY are and how efficient they work. This place is a joke, they don’t care about people and dont take their job seriously and it SHOWS.
