I was there to take a pre employment drug screen a little over a week ago and after drinking several cups of water out of their water dispenser in the lobby I got severely ill. I have not been able to eat or drink anything without throwing up or pouring liquid diarrhea. Do not drink out of their water dispenser! I can't remember the last time I was this violently sick. Today I will be going to the hospital because I have not gotten any better and been awful sick for well over a week now.

Young girls were kind of rude and in a rush. She took my blood didnt wear gloves, was dropping things didnt care very unprofessional. Was not comfortable.

I am requesting to speak to a manager or the head director. I had a undelightful experience with the staff at this location. The person that took my blood was rude and told me to hush. She also insulted my intelligent mindset, as if I was unable to read. She started highlighting material on a paper I already had in the car for another location testing/immunization. As I was explaining to her what test I came there for and what needed to be done. The lady at the front desk was unprofessional and did not respect my directions, was not listening to me. Please someone contact me about my experience I was displeased I do not want the next patient to experience this.

Terrible service, was given pee sample cup and shown to restroom I tried opening specimen cabinet it would not open, I went back out to front desk and told Andrea she said oh we don’t use that cabinet, I’m like well please tell people that cause I was standing in restroom 5 minutes trying to open the cabinet, the lobby floor was slippery with sand, several people including myself slipped, I told the girl that was taking my blood, she said nothing, she was very rude, she could not get blood, and blamed me lol. She said I moved I did not, she kept moving needle around in my arm, I said use other arm, your hurting me, I will never return to this or any other labcorp, worst lab experience ever, DO NOT go!!!!!

Checked in 15 minutes early as requested they took me early they drew my blood ladies were professional courteous and very fast the place is very clean I don't understand the negative reviews do as you're asked and you will be in-and-out quickly

Went yesterday with my 6yr old to get her blood work done and almost didn't but glad I did! In n out within 45min. Wait time was quick! The woman who did my daughters blood work was really sweet and made sure she wasn't scared! The woman behind the front desk was super sweet.not sure of the bad reviews, maybe I went in at the perfect time or something but everything was great!!
