For my visit on 11\\11\\25 I found that the electronic check-in process worked smoothly and helped with a short overall wait time for this visit. The phlebotomist was very friendly and highly professional, executing the procedure flawlessly. Conversely, the front desk associates should focus on being more outwardly people-oriented and welcoming to patients. (from a retired Clinical Laboratory Professional)

Excellent service every single time! I always make an appointment and go right through. Appointment today at 12. Claire was taking my blood at 12:10 and I left at 12:20.
Both Claire and Henry are very skilled phlebotomists, Excellent with deep shallow veins that most nurses struggle with.

I've been to this LabCorp many times. In light of all the negative reviews, I wanted to say my experiences have always been positive. I never come without an appointment. Sometimes there is still a wait, but never to the point that warrants a complaint. The staff has always been very pleasant considering the pressure of many people waiting.

Had a 10am appointment, checked in at 9:45, 10:18 still not even called up to the window and they're taking walk ins ahead of appointments. Very poor service.

Whats the point of getting the appointment when you have to wait 3 hours for blood test. Disappointed. Need fast service. Disappointed!

The Express Checking device was stuck on checking times. The staff said it was their Internet and they could not check me in without using the device. However, during that that time others were checking in using the check in device next to this one causing me to have to wait until after they had been seen. This is unacceptable.

Online hours say it's open Saturday 8am-12pm but when we went they were closed and the hours on the door say they are only open M-F. Please correct your online hours so that no one else wastes their time coming to a closed location (or even better open on Saturdays like your website says).

The front staff is incredibly rude. While in the waiting room myself and other patients could overhear the technicians having attitude with patients they were taking back for blood work and I overheard a few other patients commenting on how rude the technicians were. I also had misunderstood my paperwork and didnât realize I was supposed to fast before my tests. My doctor didnât explain it to me and the way it was written on my script was confusing so when I got up to the front desk to check in, the lady at the desk asked if i had been fasting and I said no. She then rolled her eyes and scoffed. She said âwhat?! You ate something?â And I said âyes I didnât realize i was supposed to fastâ. Then she rolled her eyes, took my script and slowly circled the misspelled part on my script that said to fast. Then glared up at me and stuck the script out at me. I said âoh I didnât realize thats what that meant and my doctor never told me to fast, I guess Ill just have to reschedule thenâ then she quickly snapped back âheart of florida doctors always make you fastâ. I have never used heart of florida before, this was clearly just a simple misunderstanding that Im sure happens all the time. The issue was her horrible attitude and the way she belittled me with her responses. I will not be returning here.

I walk in there today for my first visit it was busy did the electronic check in was out in 45 minutes
