I traveled to this location from Sarasota County. It’s about a 3 Hour Drive. Initially, I had made a purchase on the website and after having a lot of problems with their Distribution center sending my package to the wrong location not once, but twice, I had no other option but to travel to the closest location. All of the stores in my area have closed down, or have been damaged by hurricanes. I ended up having to go to Ocala that weekend and decided to go to this location. When I walked in, I was greeted right away by all of the staff, and was kindly told if I needed any assistance to let them know. I ended up working with Calista (spelling) And she was awesome. Long story short.. After she refunded my returns, she went to ring up the items that I was getting in their place, and as I was going to pay, the system went down. When it finally came back up, the system, unfortunately, was not working correctly and would not Add my full Credit to the purchase price. After multiple attempts and her calling customer support, unfortunately, there was not much more she could do at that moment. I had The option to take back the clothing I returned, which meant driving all the way back up there, or entrusting her with not only my merchandise, but a refund that I had not received. She went Above and beyond to not only reassure me that she would handle this and take care of it, But she stayed in touch with me until she finally got the transaction to go through, which took a couple of days. Kudos to Calista, and her team. Thank you so much for all of your help. I highly recommend this store and the staff member members.

I shopped in the store today and had the best customer experience with Alexis. She was awesome and I will definitely be back to do a personal shopping experience with her!

The ladies working there are SUPER helpful and sweet! I definitely recommend going here if you need help finding a good plus sized bra (or any cute plus sized clothing)!

Alexis is the keyholder to the company!! She not only helped me create my account easily, but we signed up for the credit card and the process was so smooth! Everything about my experience today was fantastic with her help and energy!

Worst credit card I ever owned they charge you late payments on zero balance, also, close your account on their phone answering machine system.
