“I am Handicapped and have to have my laundry done had it done here for the first time the young moman that helped me was very kind and did an outstanding job with all my clothes were cleaner and folded neat far exceeds the last 2 places I had it done I can not say enough about the young woman she definitely takes pride in her work”
“Please train bilingual people. I know some of the workers there do speak both languages which is fine. But we came in last week and a woman spoke absolutely no English at all and tried to communicate with me and my wife. We unfortunately had no clue what she was saying and when we tried to use our hands to signal what was needed she seemed to understand but didn't. Thankfully some one took a phone and translated they simply needed the hot water cycle ? we do enjoy coming here we just don't want to have any confusion for the worker when we don't understand each other. I'll remember to bring my phone in to communicate next time. I do understand the area served and the community around this laundry mat tho.”
“Absolutely wonderful place. I needed laundry done asap and these ladies did it all for me. I was having a very busy weekend and I was out of town. Washed, dried and folded 2 bags of clothes for a great price and also was done so quickly!

I lost laundry cards that still a balance on them and had the hardest time trying to transfer balance to a new card and the laundry attendant Tara fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes (Thank You very much). Very clean and equipment always in top notch order.”

“Its a nice place, biggest issue are there are no laundry carts, only have 2 for the entire place, and people hord them, so very difficult to transfer clothes from washer to dryer.”
