Quality furniture. We purchased 2 couches and loveseats previously and were very happy with them. Today we ordered a loveseat, 4 accent chairs, coffee table and a few pieces off the showroom floor. Very friendly and professional owner and helpful employees.

The salesperson who assisted my husband and I was extremely helpful, answering all our questions and providing us with private time to discuss our needs and shop without being hovered over. This was especially appreciated given my back issues and difficulty walking, as well as my husband's stroke recovery. The salesperson even found a solution for my husband to safely get into a bed that was too high, which was very innovative. We were initially told by another furniture store that we would have to get rid of our bed frame to accommodate an adjustable bed, but the salesperson informed us that this was not necessary, which we greatly appreciated.

We had excellent customer service at Ocala Hot Tubs when purchasing our 2024 Hot Springs (Grandee model). Both the sales team and installation team were very helpful & friendly during the process of ordering and installing our spa.

Hello potential furniture buyer. If you are anything like me you jump right to the Google reviews, and I'm glad you did!!! Legacy Furniture is a little hidden gem here in Ocala. So hidden in fact, I found it by accident. We need to change that! Ocala is full of big box stores that have lost their collective minds with their pricing. Not everyone in Ocala is a doctor or in the horse business so why is it 3k plus just to get a decent sofa? It shouldn't be and it's not at Legacy. I had such a fantastic experience from start to finish. Gavin, the owner, greeted me warmly and his sales associate (I'm so very sorry I've forgotten his name ) was very friendly and knowledgeable. I knew exactly what I wanted and fortunately they had it! The best thing is, I didn't have to sell a kidney to purchase it. Even better, they have flexible financing should you choose to go that route. Crazy thing? I walked in, picked it out, paid for it in all of 20 minutes! No sleazy sales pitches. No pressure. Gavin is a genuine good guy trying to provide a reasonable service to us little guys while supporting his family. It's up to us to spread the word or all we're going to be left with is big box stores, or worse yet, American Freight. Ugh. I highly reccomend Legacy Furniture. Period. I love my new leather sectional, i know it is high quality and will last much longer than the cheap stuff elsewhere. I also love that there is a David standing up to these Goliaths. Give Legacy a try. Please support local businesses and tell your friends too. You'll be happy you did!

I purchased a new living room set with a Bluetooth console which did not work at all. They’ve done nothing but give me the runaround! I’m so displeased and disappointed in my purchase. I don’t recommend anyone to do business with them…!
Update: Legacy has since fixed the console and it is working well I’m pleased that Gavin sent a technician to fix it. Although I’m not so pleased that he accused me of breaking it in the move when I didn’t even load it. It was already broke when I got it. But rather here nor there the issue has finally been resolved.

My wife and I have needed a new couch for the longest time and we went to Legacy Furniture Mattress to my best friend Gavin and support his business and believe me when I say Gavin and his team always give a 5 star customer service they give you 5 ⭐️ service. While we were waiting and walking the show room floor, all we could see his team helping customers out and making sure all their questions were answered and treated everyone with respect.
When it came time for delivery for Legacy Furniture and Mattress gave us a great deal with a great moving company they use to help us get our brand new sectional delivered to Jacksonville, FL Gavin made sure everything was perfect all the way from the store in Ocala, FL. That’s going above and beyond for your customers. I don’t know many furniture companies that are willing to do that for their customers!!
The Sims Family will be returning back to Legacy Furniture Mattress when we buy a house next year to furnish our entire house!! Thank You and the team for a great customer experience and we will see you again!!
