If I could give this place no stars, I would. Bought a vehicle from them back in February and they kept it from us for 2 extra weeks because they were going to put a new battery in as well as get it inspected. Never got it inspected and no new battery. The car has broken down numerous times and they have refused any sort of refund or trade ins, or help fixing the car. We have spent more money in repairs than we did purchasing the car. If you can find a better place to get a vehicle, go with it. Save yourself the time, money and poor customer service

December 2023 from Atlanta, I spoke with Ed, the senior salesman/owner about a Honda Element for my 87 year old friend living in Ocala. He assured me that was a very good car and told me to have her come in. Approximately three months later she finally made it to see the car and was assured in person by Ed it was a good, safe car. She purchased the car, despite me telling her to have it checked out, and the son kindly drove it to her. The very next morning and, the first time she drove it, the car started smoking and broke down in traffic which stressed and frightened her so much she was hospitalized for 32 days. In the meantime the car was checked by a mechanic where it was determined that in addition to all the fluid leaks, the transmission failed. They have refused to help her in any way. She is elderly and with very limited income and didn't deserve to be lied to and misled. I suggest you find a reputable dealer if you're looking for a car and even then, have the vehicle checked. There's a reason people say "you lie like a used car salesman," This is that reason. Shame on them!!

This family sold me a SUV for 8,000 dollars and not even a month later the engine blew. This man knew he was taking every penny in my account for this car being a single mother and won't make it right or even answer my phone calls about what to do. I feel completely robbed by this business. The whole family are scammers !
Update: the day after I bought the car I brought it back because the defrost wasn't working and I almost wrecked with my children. Ed came out and looked under the hood to show me what was messing because he already knew when he sold me the car but never mentioned it had no heat or defrost. 2 weeks later the motor blew and the mechanic I brought it too said the car was jimmyed to get running and he had to of known about the issues. Me being a mother that WORKS for what her kids have is absolutely disgusted, I choose this car lot because because I thought he was a family man and wouldn't put me in a position like this.

These guys are crooks im sure. I filtered out dealers on Craigs list and these guys are selling vehicles posing as private sales. If they'll stoop to that they cant be trusted.

The best, the owner, the son, are very restful, friendly and have a lot of variety for the customer. I don't regret buying with them. When I finish paying for the one I have, I already asked for another one because here it is quality and I will continue buying, I give 5 ? because I can't give 10

It went very badly for me, because I bought my first car that I was able to obtain in this country with sacrifice and 20 days after having it, the transmission broke and the repair cost the same price as the car, so I do not recommend it, I'm sorry but it's reality, ahhh and the car has a cracked windshield too

Gave these people 1 star because I had to... Bought a 2012 Buick enclave from this dealer with a traction control light on which is a common occurrence. two hours later the car left my girlfriends disable some, brand new 7 day old baby and wife on the side of the road. Put the car on a OEM reader and threw about 13 to 15 different codes ranging from oil pressure sensor to things I didn't know this car had. Called the owner to rectify the problem and he told me pretty much I'm screwed because I bought the car as is. we were aware of this but weren't expecting to buy a lemon!!!!! Stay away from these people!!!!! Not good for buisiness...

let me just say i bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler and traded out my 2020 cam. They gave me 18K for it and i bought the jeep for 13.5k went home and noticed that a few weeks later i found out they sole me a jeep with a salvage title which is against the law no they did not tell me and its not in the paperwork. i went back to the dealer and the owner said all sales are final i will be getting legal action on this because since the vehicle is a piece of crap its only worth 8k? if that now if the owner wants to call me and give me back my cam. on the website and take back the jeep id be happy if not we will be getting a lawyer. Had a great experience dealing with Eddy and his family. We felt no pressure and enjoyed working with them. I was skeptical buying from a ‘used car place’ but so far so good. We live out of state and drove our vehicle home 300 miles and didn’t have a problem. Muchas gracias Eddy por su tiempo y paciencia.

I knew buying as is could be risky, but seems like it's always something going wrong with it. Oh, and it had a cracked windshield hidden under the price sticker, so I'll definitely go elsewhere!!!
