I've bought wood for a coop 4 times here and all 4 time was the same constant attitude. look if you dont like working there then why are you there. walk out so the business doesn't fall bc of people like me buying goods and to be treated as if I'm making there day hard.... no sir yall get new staff or something the staff you have all wanna leave

I was glad to see so many self serve check outs. I had only three items and didn’t have to stand in line at all. Scan, pay, & I’m out of there. yay.

Lowe's customer service is awful they now only have self-checkout one person troubleshooting for four registers with problems. One Register with a cashier. Fifteen people are waiting, holding lumber paint flowers and heavy items, waiting to check themselves out. Wile employees stand around watching the customer do what should be their jobs

My son bought a wrong size bracket in cash.
He paid in cash, and usually he's not giving a phone number.
When I returned it, I don't have the receipt & usually they just ask for driver's license.
Now they don't allow you if they don't have your phone number, receipt or credit card.

The self checkouts are a joke. Needed a manager because the guy working the register couldn't mark down a damaged product. They never showed up, went down and stood in another line at the contractor checknoit..get rid of those damn self checkouts. Couldn't find anyone that works there, I helped ton customers in the plumbing aisle

I bought two gift cards today. They were able to give me a gift receipt for one of them and not the other. When they called someone over,she told me to use my credit card receipt. I told her these were gifts. She told me there was nothing they could do and walked away. When I purchased a lowes gift card this Christmas, I was given a gift receipt with the gift card. Not sure if your policy has changed from Christmas until now. I will definitely not purchase any more gift cards at Lowes...especially the Lowes gift card, since apparently a gift receipt is not given to give as a gift.

Seams like they just don’t care. I purchased a riding lawnmower on the 16th setup a delivery on the 20th. On the 20th I had to call them only to find out the pushed it out to the 21st. I informed them I would not be available. They said they will deliver the following Tuesday. No apologies. No nothing just it is what it is

Good luck on trying to get someone to answer the phone in departments. Because guess what,?, they WON'T! Even talked to a manager that connected me to a department and after 30 mins I finally gave up. Which I'm sure that's what they wanted anyway. I'll just go to Home Depot instead.

Will never buy lights from Lowe’s again or anything. No where did it say I couldn’t return lights! A few days after purchase I realized I got to many of one set and would not let me return!

Don't ever ever buy appliances or anything from Lowe's they send you defective broken things then refuse to take them back they don't tell you that they have a 48 hour return notice on electronics or appliances but they send you broken things and then refuse to take it back even Samsung so don't buy Samsung either boycotts Lowe's they're awful
