There are no prices on the sellers items I recommend not to make large purchases there because when ready to cash out your items there is no price tag and seller makes up his own price, wanted to charge me 300 dollars for a couple dollar eyeshadows and hair accessories. Was willing to take some items off to reduce the price but I realized I didn’t pick up much for 300 dollars worth, scam and no sale for me outdated cash register seller typing in prices with a calculator on top of that his attitude is bad when I wanted to take off some items I ended up leaving I spent quite a while browsing ended up with nothing.

The place is horrible and a rip off . The owner is Haitian and very rude. I was told I was buying human hair and it was not . I tried to exchange he wouldn't let me . The hair is over priced . Be careful

They get NO stars! I called to ask a price about braiding hair and he hung up on me while I was talking very rude! I brought nail glue got home it was nothing in it! Too much inventory in store thats why the stuff they sell it’s mostly OLD or out of date! I’ve had numerous people say they call customers broke very disgusting thing to say as business owners! Like a previous review stated check your receipt before leaving because they WILL overcharge you! They literally will OVERCHARGE you for every single thing!

They have a variety of supplies and reasonable prices. I don't like the loud music the husband plays. You can't think when it's blasting so I just leave. Overall, it's a great place to shop for beauty supplies.

Very kind, love the variety of things but might wanna be careful with the makeup you get, most are ruined, touched, and expired. Wouldn't wanna get a horrible break out. Also very crammed, like barely any space to walk through, also things were sorta over priced. 1pair of lash cost almost 7$, imagine one that came with multiple.

First time visit here and I love the cleanliness of the store. The friendliness of the people who work there/own the store. The aisle are neatly stocked. There are a lot of hair products in there for natural hair. Whenever I’m back in this area I will visit again.

Love this place. All my needs are met between hair products and makeup. There is so much cool stuff here, nose piercing ear piercing bangles, hair wraps all pretty colors styles I'm so impressed with them thanks so much ? ?

My first experience was not a good one. To make a long story short, the clothes are not true to size, and there is a surcharge when purchasing your items with a credit card. Also, be sure to check your receipt to make sure that you are charged the correct amount before leaving the store regardless of paying with cash or credit card.

This is by far my favorite beauty supply store in Ocala! Huge selection. Knowledgeable and welcoming staff. The owners are so much fun. I absolutely love them!

…. I am livid . Charged me $5 for this edge control. Got home and it was filled with something else ….. definitely not EBIN…. This is the second time I’m buying a product from them that is not what it appears to be . Watch out ….

You CANNOT try on wigs here. Their WIGS are Cheap Quality, especially their Lace Front Wigs. Be prepared to pay High Dollar for Poor Quality.The owners are Nice, but the wife is ALWAYS complaining about how Tired she is. And they play their music Way Too LOUD inside the store.

If I could give this place no stars I would . I came in this store for the first time the other day lol the ladies daughter was working and she had excellent customer service. She was amazing. They had a wide variety and I was looking to get my hair braided and possibly get extensions so she told me to come back where mom is there, so I came back when I’m almost there father was there also. They are very very very pushy for you to buy whatever even if it doesn’t even look right on you she wanted to charge me for $300 just to braid my hair and put in extensions or even do crochet. She kept trying to push everything off on me and I told her never mind I was just going to look for a wig. And I pay good money for Wigs. So I found a wig I like and of course she said that we can’t try on the way. How are you gonna have a wig store belt wigs but you won’t let people try it on first see how it looks? So I’m like OK I gave another shot kept looking around and then she kept falling on my breathing down her neck all you want to say one by trying to force every wig on me. So I have to politely tell her that I was still looking and she walked over to her husband and started talking in a different language and he came over and just stared at us while we were looking … super uncomfortable! ThenHE KEPT ASKING IF I WANTEE TO BUY EVERY WIG I LOOKED AT . I told him I wasent sure that I was still looking . So then he says that we have to leave because there going to lunch ? They just opened ten minutes after we got there ? Like seriously ? He was super rude about it and there were other people in the store but yet they didn’t have to leave ? Fine I’ll spend my money else where . Obviously this place doesn’t cater to different colored people … I highly recommend UNI Beaty supply store they are by far the best wig store around for all kinds of people and you get to try them on !
