I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone of color . I walked in to see if we can do some business the front desk lady looks at me with a cold stare and a yes. Not a good morning or how can I help you. It was a can I help you like what are you doing here. So I ask her isn’t this isn’t this a business that sells houses ,lots and leases homes. She says yes. I say well that is why I’m here . She still want making an effort to help me the other people in the office were staring at me . But one lady that worked there directed me to give me a card of one of the realtors . Customer service not there. Possibly racist anti people of color . I would say yes. Even Hispanics can be racist . A lot of colorism exists . My suggestion don’t do business with companies like this that treat potential clients terribly. Five thumbs down .

I had a very pleasant and successful experience with Marion Oaks Realty. Not knowing them and being in New Jersey. Ivette keep me posted from signing the listing agreement to signing the settlement sheet. She was very pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable which I greatly appreciated.

Marion Oaks Realty have been fabulous helping us sell a vacant lot. It was owned by someone living overseas and Ivette was a huge help supporting us across 2 languages and 3 time zones. Within a week of listing we had 3 offers and closing happened very smoothly and ahead of schedule. Ivette was a pleasure to work with and was always prompt responding to emails and even international phone calls. I have bought and sold several properties in Australia but this is the first in Florida. I highly recommend this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. They make you pay and application fee (non-refundable) for a house that 100ppl are applying for and feed you a line of Bull as to why you don't qualify knowing they have already rented the house. They do half axx showing because they know they are not going to rent to you. don't waste your time go to Real Property Management Diversified.
