Sabrina the mgr., was awesome. She was running the staff and training at the front counter and doing a fantastic job!When she realized this was where my 94 yr old mom wanted to get her birthday meal she was very sweet. We passed a couple other mc Donald’s but we love this one on pine in Ocala. Our fish fillets and shakes were great! The service is always spot on and the lobby exceptionally clean. Sabrina is a great manager and leader.

I visited this McDonald for the first time and I wanted to try the secret menu and they don’t participate but the manager there was so kind and he made it for me I really enjoyed my meal the service was amazing very clean location and friendly staff I really recommend this location thanks to manager

This McDonald's is fairly clean and nice as far as McDonald's restaurants go. However, the service is beyond slow. They have more people working than most McDonald's I have seen lately, but they still took 10 minutes to make two cones when the dining area was empty, and another 10 minutes to make a single coffee, also while the dining area was practically empty.

Ordered food and shamrock shakes shakes were not filled to line on cup! Mgr says these are lmao definitely she needs glasses we took pictures and they are not filled to the line ! Do not go here rip off for your money! All three were not to standards look you can clearly see the line! An nch of shake missing!
